We had failing drain pipes under our basement floor that needed to be replaced and Erik and team were able to make that happen. We unfortunately had to dig and replace rather than reline them which made it a pricey fix, but they did solid work. Erik was very informative and most importantly, responsive. While other companies ignored call after call, Erik and team responded within minutes when we had questions/concerns. They certainly aren't the cheapest, but you know you will get good work and a very professional experience with them.

I've had issues with clogs since I've moved in to my place. The tub wouldn't drain all the time leaving me with standing water. Several different drain services were used before I called Cream City Drain Cleaning. Justin was on time, efficient, and very clean. No more clogged tub or gross pipe scum to clean up. Needed Saturday emergency service. Tracy arrived on time and professionally and promptly took care of the problem. He cleaned up when he finished and it was a very good experience.

Still trying to understand how someone can be charged $175 for a 30 minute stop and zero work was completed. He flushed my toilets, ran the sinks and then cut an unnecessary hole in the ceiling looking for a leak that was never found. Couldn’t be more unsatisfied. I wrote them a letter along with my check and never heard back. They certainly won’t hear back from me again.

Beyond expectations, is all I can say to describe the service I was provided. I though they would send someone out to just unclog the toilet. But the guy actually cleaned it too. No other plumer the company I work for cleaned up after they cleared the clog. I hope in the future my job will always use this plumbing service. Thank you guys so much!!!
