George from Tuffy's came out to fix a slow drain in my bathroom. I was NOT optimistic at all, as I'd had another plumbing company attempt to fix the issue the prior week, as well as an additional person. When George arrived, I told him 2 previous ppl attempted to fix the issue. He then told me, Well, you called the right person.....I appreciated his determination, however, I still wasn't optimistic. However, George told me he wasn't going to give up until he fixed it...... And he fixed it! He fixed it! He fixed it! Did I mention that he fixed it?????!!!!!!!!

I had two burst pipes and needed someone to come quickly. Julian was here in less than an hour. He was communicative and I was given options on solutions. His communication is terrific!

Jack Hanley was my Plumber. He was great!! He was extremely polite, he explained all the issues and what could be done; Then he did it - excellent work. I will always be using Jack from now on.

very poor service very poor workmanship do not stand behind there work

Jim Nelson and I spoke about him coming out the next day. On the day of and after waiting 2 hours, I called him and he was completely unprofessional cursing me out. Said too many people get rob now days. I explained that he has been to my home before; that didn’t matter. He continued to call me out of my name, N* B@%!. I hung up the phone. It is a shame because he has done great work in the past. My tub was backed up. He also told me to call someone else. Never been so insulted by a business owner in all my life.

Hot water heater was leaking on a Saturday afternoon. Called Vince Ingrilli and Sons Plumbing at 3:00pm, Tom arrived at 4:30pm, and finished with new install by 6:30pm. Extremely professional and courteous from the first phone call to the time he left. Would highly recommend to anyone needing any plumbing done. This is not the first time we used Vince Ingrilli and Sons Plumbing, and will 100% recommend to anyone.
