Our water heater decided to retire itself a day before surgery and 2 days after our area was flooded. The awesome call taker worked very hard and got us an appointment the same day. As a bonus, the workers called and came earlier than scheduled. The 2 guys jumped into action and installed the new water heater fast and efficiently. They'll charge you 150$ just to come and look at your stuff for 20 minutes and get nothing accomplished... But they somehow have free estimates. Theres better companies out there, go somewhere else.
