Ben did a great job installing and removing my water heater. He was respectful of my home and cleaned up after himself. He steered me in the right direction and didn't attempt to upsell.

We had a problem at the dental office with a pipe leaking which lead to us not being able to work properly with having patients here. The two guys that showed up were fast, friendly, and intelligent on the situation we had. They looked at the problem and explained to us what was wrong, got the correct parts and had it fixed within 30 minutes of arriving. They tested out all the equipment before leaving making sure we were up and running without having other issues throughout the day. After they left we noticed a leak in a different area and called them back and they arrived after the other job they had. Again they assessed the situation and got it fixed fast. Would recommend to anyone that is having plumbing issues and need it fixed fast and done the correct way.

I had an emergency when my water heater stopped working last week. I was afraid my pipes would freeze and I couldnt find anyone who could come out immediately until I saw a reccomendation for this company on nextdoor.com. These guys came immediately and had my water heater replaced AND did some plumbing on some worn out pipes. We contacted o & w. He quickly came out and gave us a quote asap. Even though he was very busy due to a heat wave. He got the job done fast and was very explanatory with the whole process. He worked around our schedules and was in and out in no time. Thank you now we won't be hot anymore unless we want to be lol. I am ready for the summer!!

A little mishap in scheduling but overall I am extremely happy. I called and left a message with Dave Burns about a scheduling mishap and my call was returned in a matter of minutes to be taken care of the very next day. I appreciate that very much as I have limited time off right now. Jason and his help came out to service a gas line for us. Jason arrived promptly and began working soon thereafter. Looking over the work that was completed, I am happy with the placement as that was the original way I would have liked. Beautifully done! In a few hours I was ready to go with a new gas line to my new stove. I cannot be more pleased! I will definitely use Dave Burns again for my future needs. Thank you for a great experience.
