Faust goes above and beyond - they've taken odd emergency jobs for me at the water park I run, come with all the parts and tools needed for my annual start up and shut down, do the work quickly and efficiently, communication and the work is always excellent.

Had sewage in basement drain, called, and they got us in quickly. Friendly workers, cleaned up their work area well.

Had 2 tankless water heaters installed approximately in 2021. Pressure relief valve failed on one of them. Valve was under warranty. Phoned and emailed repeatedly. Finally after 2 plus weeks they got back to us. The problem was resolved. Now the relief valve on the other is failing. Emailed them on January 2nd and received no reply to this date. Please contact me so I can get this situation resolved. Installation of water heaters were done professionally and I was very satisfied. But getting in contact with company could use some improvement.

We had failing drain pipes under our basement floor that needed to be replaced and Erik and team were able to make that happen. We unfortunately had to dig and replace rather than reline them which made it a pricey fix, but they did solid work. Erik was very informative and most importantly, responsive. While other companies ignored call after call, Erik and team responded within minutes when we had questions/concerns. They certainly aren't the cheapest, but you know you will get good work and a very professional experience with them.

Always easy to work with, they are very professional and always on time. You won't be disappointed if you work with them.

Would highly recommend, worked hard all day to dig up, repair drain section and install clean out and re-hook up sink drain properly and fill in with rock and cement. Price was fair, Owner Jeff, his son and workers were very nice. Cleaned up nicely and we now have a working system! Thank you!!

Called O & W Heating and Cooling llc to replace two old water heaters for my home. Omer was able to come install both the water heaters for me the same day and everything works great! Goes by milwaukee plumbing services for billing purposes. Will charge you at least $80 to walk in the door and claims all non-desperate plumbers do the same. That is a lie. Will then tell you not to purchase any replacement parts so they can get you a warranty. That is just to upcharge you. Finally, got a second quote that was nearly half the price. Look elsewhere.
