Tuffy's Sewer and Drain was great. I called on a Saturday. After comparing the rate compared to three others Tuffy's pricing was so much reasonably than other sewer and drain company's. Made an appointment same day. Taffy came out within three hours and dealt with issue in a professional and timely matter. I definitely recommend Tuffy's.

Dickenschrauf plumbing saved us this am and was so courteous, professional, and quick. We have a problem toilet which Jack the tech helped me understand old pipes with new toilets can be troublesome because of the amount of water in new toilet flushing. Makes sense to me and he fixed our problem today and told me the plan for upgrading permanently to not have this problem again. He showed up on time, wore his mask the entire time, took his shoes off without asking, and was friendly and explanatory all on an early Saturday morning! Thought I was dealing with a reputable highly rated company. Communication was good, courteous and friendly on the phone. Technician arrived and charged $628 to replace a shower cartridge. 30-40 minute job, only had to screw off and screw on an easily accessible cartridge. The repair didn’t stop our shower head drip. After the shower head was still dripping the technician told my wife we should replace our shower head because that’s why the water is dripping. Excuse me but we called them to stop the drip. So we were charged $628 and the problem wasn’t fully resolved.
Called a reputable company to come out and found out there was nothing wrong with our shower head. The problem was still the shower cartridge. So I have no idea what they actually fixed because nothing was resolved and we were out of $628.

I guess they would’ve wanted $600 more to screw on an unnecessary new shower head. I’ve never been charged so much for such a simple straight forward plumbing job. To throw salt on the wound, the issue wasn’t resolved.

Outstanding pipe repair service. They were able to locate the pipe leak and repair it quickly. Will use them again.
