Steven did a great job! Kitchen sink was clogged and shower wouldn't get hot water. He found we had two different sized pipes which caused the draining issue. He was also able to repair our shower so now we have hot water again! Would definitely recommend!!

I had a leak in my main line and needed somebody quickly. The plumber company i normally use was not able to make it so I gave Dickenschrauf a call. I asked them to fix the main water key, and a couple other things I needed done. Service was amazing, quick, clean, efficient...Everything works great and it turn out to be a bit cheaper than expected. I for sure will be using them going forward.

Never showed up for my service in December

Had them install new sink and faucet which we boight ahead of time and reconnect plumbing after we had new countertops installed. After he gave me an estimate on price for the job he started install.Service tech was nice, asked questions on my preferences and he was done very quickly. I asked him to fix a drip on our fridge water line which he had done in just a few minutes. We will use agin if needed.

to go But that didnt happen
He started talking about someting thing on my house he seemed confused
He then started talking to a man passing on the sidewalk about
whatever for a good 15 minutes
Then got back in his truck
The man he was talking too
Asked him aren't you going ask her exactly what she needs done
He proceeded to drive away
I called your number a couple hrs later
I was still confused what had happen
When i spoke to him he did not seem to be bothered by his handling of the situation His name was Jim 80yrs

Vince was great to work with, communicated very well, and was very straightforward and honest throughout the process. His team was also very flexible with working around my time restrictions. I’ll be using them again moving forward and would recommend them to anyone in the Milwaukee Area!
