Our water heater decided to retire itself a day before surgery and 2 days after our area was flooded. The awesome call taker worked very hard and got us an appointment the same day. As a bonus, the workers called and came earlier than scheduled. The 2 guys jumped into action and installed the new water heater fast and efficiently. I have known for the past 4 years I needed to do something about my sewer lateral for my duplex and wanted to be proactive. I have seen camera images over the years of the lateral, I saw the roots and off-set clay pipes plus i was getting backups about once a year. I knew from research I was going to have it relined and I started to call the few plumbers that do the work in the MIlwaukee area. I came across Sewer Ninja's in my searches and they offered me the best price. I liked them even more after the work began, they coordinated with my tenant and they sent my videos of the work before and after. There was also a question about a buried downspout and they did the research to determine where that was discharging. I would recommend them to anyone considering this for their home.

The price was very expensive. The technician was friendly and courteous, but very expensive.

Needed basement wash drain repaired because metal drain had corroded away. Asked for plastic drain and new washers put in dripping faucet. Mike the plumber told me couldn't be done. Needed new faucet and metal drain. Did repair myself with sink manufacture parts for $40. Had to pay $110 to Alpine for worthless trip charge.

After over 17+ years of using this company, I couldn't believe that they would gouge me. Last year's experience did it for me. They will never be in my home again.

Simple kitchen faucet replacement. For the faucet, they charge me 100% more than what I could have gotten on Amazon. And I'm sure that wasn't even their parts cost.

That was on top of their padding the labor hours for trip charges. And of course, in all of those past years, I have noticed how their labor hour cost have gone up significantly.

My advise. Shop around. I feel gouged.
