I highly recommend Eric and Sewer Ninjas! The were very attentive and spend a good deal of time problem solving out very complicated and old sewer system. They came back several times to develop the plan and purchased equipment to address our problem. All the while they were friendly helpful and reassuring!

Although we thought the price was high, turned out to be worth it for the service we received. Water heater needed replacing less than a week before Thanksgiving. Hartlaub was able to come out on Monday. Our plumber, Andy G. discovered a dent in the new heater from Ace Hardware that we had supplied. I was able to get another delivered free from Ace within 1/2 hour (thanks Ace Hardware West Allis!) and Andy was nice enough to wait. Installation went smoothly after that.

I've had issues with clogs since I've moved in to my place. The tub wouldn't drain all the time leaving me with standing water. Several different drain services were used before I called Cream City Drain Cleaning. Justin was on time, efficient, and very clean. No more clogged tub or gross pipe scum to clean up. Called today to receive information on the work they did in my home back in January. Instantly they were combative. They will not provide me with any documentation. The owner of the company hung up on me. Never been more disgusted.

I had them replace my dry wall and floors They did incredible work, and the young man (hunter) was so polite. He worked hard and did good work. The prices were reasonable as well. I would definitely use them for any future work.

Initial plumber messed up the job but Rashawn was awesome; came himself to look at it and got it fixed right away.

Needed basement wash drain repaired because metal drain had corroded away. Asked for plastic drain and new washers put in dripping faucet. Mike the plumber told me couldn't be done. Needed new faucet and metal drain. Did repair myself with sink manufacture parts for $40. Had to pay $110 to Alpine for worthless trip charge.
