I called Alpine Plumbing to address an uncontrollable leak from an old outdoor hose bibb. I was prepared to be told the bibb would need to be replaced, which would have been an invasive job that would have also left me repairing exterior siding and basement drywall. I was put in contact with Jody who asked for a video of the leak and quickly diagnosed the issue upon receipt. He walked me through a very simple solution over the phone that completely fixed the leak. He saved me time, money, and the misery of stressing over a messy job. Excellent experience with water heater replacement. We selected VIP as the quote provided was competitive with two other companies contacted, and multiple friends had recommended them for quality work. Scheduling was painless, Matt arrived on-time, and replaced the heater quickly. After installation, took the time to walk through the features and did not leave a mess behind. Also appreciated that he wore a mask throughout the process! We were billed ~ 3 days later, and were pleasantly surprised to see a bill that was LESS than quoted.
