I had been having issues with a basement toilet leaking. Julian came out within 24 hours of me contacting the company. He quickly found where the leak was coming from. I decided to have him install a new toilet because the current one was several years old. I am glad that I found Diamond Plumbing & Heating online! I will definitely be calling with any future needs. We have known Ryan since he started in business. Have used other plumbers for our house. 40 years of experience of crummy companies until we found Ryan and His group. Thought I was dealing with a reputable highly rated company. Communication was good, courteous and friendly on the phone. Technician arrived and charged $628 to replace a shower cartridge. 30-40 minute job, only had to screw off and screw on an easily accessible cartridge. The repair didn’t stop our shower head drip. After the shower head was still dripping the technician told my wife we should replace our shower head because that’s why the water is dripping. Excuse me but we called them to stop the drip. So we were charged $628 and the problem wasn’t fully resolved.
Called a reputable company to come out and found out there was nothing wrong with our shower head. The problem was still the shower cartridge. So I have no idea what they actually fixed because nothing was resolved and we were out of $628.

I guess they would’ve wanted $600 more to screw on an unnecessary new shower head. I’ve never been charged so much for such a simple straight forward plumbing job. To throw salt on the wound, the issue wasn’t resolved.

In for a faucet repair and clogged drains. They move the schedule around to make my job a priority. Thank you.

So my plumber was on vacation when my water heater started leaking on a Friday night. I called Budiac on a Saturday and they walked me through what to do until Monday when they could come over and fix it. They did not try to scare me and convince me to pay emergency rates for them to come out on a weekend. In fact, one of their plumbers even said if they couldn't come Monday or Tuesday, they would recommend one of their competitors to come and get it done. Needless to say I was baffled at their honesty and integrity. My plumber did get back in time and was able to come get it done, but I just want to say how appreciative I was with Budiac and hope good Karma and new business comes their way.

MCM Plumbing has assisted me multiple times between my kitchen and my bath in my new home. Miguel is always extremely responsive, extremely professional and a great value for plumbing work. Everything he has installed or repaired he has done with utmost care, and goes the extra mile to make sure you will never have issues again. Kinsley Lyne Company did the floors after I renovated my new home in the fifth ward, I was so happy with their quick turn around time that I ended up using them to do my windows as well! If I had heard of them sooner I would have had them do a lot more of the renovations! Thanks KLC! I’ll definitely be looking to them in the future!

Never showed up for my service in December

I agree with Sonnys review. They were at my house for 40 minutes, and charged 90minutes and also showed up 45 minutes and only called 30 minutes after scheduled time to tell me on their way. There's a 50 dollar travel fee, and they double bill you for travel time in addition to that fee. He also told me there wasn't a gas leak though had entire family over to smell gas and WE energies detected it. They do not use up to date techniques (WE had a device to measure gas, this guy had some soap/bubbles and his nose and refused to believe me that there was a leak... it was a SLOW leak), since have had leaky valve replaced by a reputable company.

Hot water heater was leaking on a Saturday afternoon. Called Vince Ingrilli and Sons Plumbing at 3:00pm, Tom arrived at 4:30pm, and finished with new install by 6:30pm. Extremely professional and courteous from the first phone call to the time he left. Would highly recommend to anyone needing any plumbing done. This is not the first time we used Vince Ingrilli and Sons Plumbing, and will 100% recommend to anyone.

I had an issue with my kitchen faucet and other concerns throughout my house. The plumber, Joe addressed the faucet issue. Very courteous, knowledgeable. I definitely recommend Milwaukee Plumbing and Piping for future work.

Nice guy. Doesn't know how to use math or tape measures. Doesn't know how to miter cuts. Expect to hire someone else to fix mistakes or do it yourself. No wonder why he's cheap...wasted as much materials as he used
