I am so glad that I contacted Knauer...The hose from our kitchen sink faucet began leaking. Your employee Jordan noted that our hot water outpour was also very thin. We discussed and I decided to buy a new faucet...it was installed. AND the hot water Outpour was back to normal!!!! [I had been told that the Problem was the water pipes in my home we’re so old and narrowed.] I am so glad that I called Knauer!

We recently had Rozga Plumbing out to our house to take care of a clogged tub drain and to replace the gas valve for our new dryer. Matt R. was great. He was efficient and took care of both the issues very quickly. We appreciate them getting us in before Thanksgiving as we were having company staying with us. We have used Rozga in the past and definitely recommend them to our friends and family.

Had Milestone in my home again.
They replaced all the drain lines in my house and installed a new laundry room faucet.
Their lead man on the job, Charlie, listened attentively to what I wanted done. He then very clearly and concisely, in laymans terms, suggested to me how they could most efficiently and completely accomplish my overall objective. Very professional, knowledgeable, and practical explanation. I had them proceed with every suggestion.
They began the work and I never saw them stop once other than to grab more tools or supplies. That really impressed me.
I've had work done by them twice now and if you could give a sixth star this company would definitely earn it.

Can't say enough about this company, their service level, competence, and professionalism.
Had a downstairs plugged toilet backing up into my shower.
Also had them repair a leaky shower faucet while they were here.
Their employee Luke was professional and pleasant.
Took care of both issues and was very good at communicating where he was at, what he was doing, and letting me know things that I could do to help prevent future issues.

This company never did any work for me so I can not complain or praise the type of work that they perform. I will say that I made an appointment for one of their technicians to come out to give me a quote on upgrading a boiler and I waited two hours and no one ever showed up nor did anyone call to cancel. I believe this is unprofessional and the sad part is this is a contractor whom number I got off the city website.

Nice guys but poor work. Very unsatisfied with the ductwork I had put in for a new fan filter, not a lot of confidence that they were doing things right, just quick and cheap. I am actively getting quotes to re-do the work from other contractors. I will never use them again.

Vince has always been a nice guy. And his team does great work. Well respected in the area.

I had 3 drains cleaned out. If you are looking for reasonably priced, competent, and personable service, this guy (Darrell) is the guy.

I called Heiden after I had a different plumber out that could fix the problem with his snake. I talked to a Supervisor and told him all the details of what the other plumber did and what he recommended. Being 2:30pm the Monday before the 4th of July, I really didn't think I would get my plumbing fixed before the holiday. Heiden had two plumbers at my house with a Hydro-jet within an hour and everything got fixed within 45 minutes. Everyone I talked to that day was super professional and nice. Heiden is a great company that I would recommend to anyone looking for a decent plumber.

The guys who jetted my sewer were very nice/professional and they cleared my clog quickly. The only complaint I have is the pricing. $525 for pressurized water?!

Recently, Dave of PJ's Plumbing corrected a couple of plumbing issues in our home, one or two of those issues resulting from sub-standard work by our builder's original plumbing contractor when we built 25 years ago! Dave was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, and informative! He corrected the issues in a very efficient and timely manner, and we were charged very fairly! We had used PJ's in the past when we remodeled a bathroom, and it was after that positive experience that we decided that PJ's was our go to plumber......Period!
We recommend them to everyone!

Only fixed one of our two problems and overcharged

Called Tim's plumbing for a unique plumbing issue that needed attention. Matthew called to let me know he was on his way. He took care of the issue. Good communication and evaluation. He resolved my problem quickly. I appreciate the professionalism. Thanks !!!

Highly unprofessional! Please do yourself a favor and steer clear of this outfit.

We had Mr. “Wil” from Milwaukee Handyman come survey our property for painting the basement and adding a few electrical outlets. As “Wil” left he said “I will get back to you as soon “as today” with a quote” exact words! The problem is that was on the 25th of August and today is 3rd September and still no quote a full ten days.
We called their business multiple times and never got a call back most probably because it was not a big profitable job.

There are other smaller businesses and independent contractors who are struggling to put food the table (who are respectful, needy and have great references) They are easily found on neighborhood app and facebook marketplace, let’s give them a chance.

Find a business who values you as a customer and avoid Milwaukee Handyman at all cost.
