Details of the plumbing issue aside, the response from this company rates 10 stars! Without prompting from me, the dispatcher took it upon herself to text a serviceman in the field to see if he could fit me in today. In less than one hour, Joe arrived, took care of the issue and all is well. My thanks to Jody. I'm grateful for this great service experience!

Fast response and very professional.

Josh and Dan came out to look at my A/C that wasn’t working and turns out it was the fan on the furnace that was broke and affecting the a/c. They fixed the issue without delay. We also hired them back to replace the furnace. They were very friendly and the service was very efficient and quick. I would definitely recommend them!

Jack H. from Hartlaub was our plumber. He was great from start to finish. He worked efficiently and was always respectful of our home. He worked with cleanliness in mind, which is not always easy with plumbing. He answered my many questions most of which were on other plumbing topics around the house. He fixed a broken drain pipe behind a wall in a very tight spot and made it look easy. He took pride in his work, which is great to see in a younger guy. Will definitely use again and recommend to others.

Cody did a great job on our furnace tuneup as well. He took the time to explain aspects of our HVAC system that I did not know about.

I cannot say enough positive things about O & W. Our tankless heater was having issues. Omer came over within a day to take a look. He was able to provide me a lot of information about what was wrong with my unit so that I could make an informed decision moving forward. I ultimately had to replace my unit. When it came to the replacement, Omer was able to coordinate with an electrician to complete the job in an efficient manner. I know I will look to use O & W for my future heating and cooling needs. They will take the time to explain the situation so I can make the right decisions.

My husband and I are both in Real Estate, Lending and restaurants and when we need reliable and professional help they are our go to! Great company wither it's an emergency, which is 24 hours a day or installation call they're great!

They intall my new furnace and works for one winter id call next winter to get fixed they charge for fix and it works for a moth finally id call affordable and they find the promem also the call factory furnace carrier and they pay for fix so for my experience ,malone's is very unprofessional

Action Heating and Cooling replaced my furnace and A/C in 2019 and the A/C has never worked more than 6 weeks without them needing to come back and refill the coolant and or replace something. Once again summer is here and my A/C is blowing warm air. Choosing Action Heating and Cooling might was the worst vendor selection I have ever made.

My entire experience was OUTSTANDING for the second time I needed their help . The service guy Phil was on time ( a little early) Very polite and knew exactly what needed to be done to fix my issue. I also had two other concerns beside my original clog which Phil addressed as well. Phil worked very carefully because I had some older pipes that needed to be worked with and he made sure that those did not get damaged. He took care of all the plumbing issues I had while also moving at a good speed in order to keep the labor cost low and all while answering and explaining any questions I had. I highly recommend P.J.s Plumbing as this is the second time I needed there service and each time the service was prompt, polite, clean, and efficient. Hopefully I won't have to call a plumbing company again, but if I do it will be P.J.s.

I called because I had used this company before and needed the plumbing fixed in my bathroom vanity. Was given a time frame for my repair of 10am to 1pm. Sat at home until shortly after 1pm and called to check on the status of my technician, only to be argued with by the owner and told they don't come to my area. When I tried to tell him they have before which is why I called again, he just started arguing with me and told me to call someone else. When I explained his employee already promised service today and I was sitting at home waiting all day, he just continued arguing with me. Apparently his employee has done this before but he is simply not going to honor his word. Terrible way to do business, and looking at some of these other reviews, this isn't the first time they've fallen through on a commitment. Definitely do not recommed.
