I don’t know if I just have bad luck at this point or what. I contacted this company for an estimate on a project I wanted done and never received a call. Fast forward about 5 days later and I have a plumbing emergency- so I called to ask if they would come out. I get a call about an hour after the initial call and no one is on the other end of the phone line. I keep saying hello hello and then eventually they hang up. I call back and I have to go through all the automatic voice messaging again. Don’t waste your time when you have a real problem.

After a call for help due to the previous owner’s lack of skills, Peder saved the day by installing a sump pump and repiping all kinds of wrong while at it. He also installed a ‘bitch of a toilet’ in the 2nd floor bathroom. A fifth star would have been earned if he had followed up on my quest for a new kitchen faucet. Perhaps that will happen now.

Yesterday I was recommended to call PJ's Plumbing to have my bathtub drained, forcet fixed and my forcet on the bathroom basin fixed. A very pleasant lady answered the phone, set up the appointment that same day, yes!!, and let me know that Dave K would be coming. I could not have been happier. Dave K was polite, knowledgeable, pleasant, extremely well versed and well mannered. Taking his time to explain, step by step, what needed to be done and kept me informed all the way to a perfect completion. I highly recommend PJ's Plumbing and from now on they will certainly be my go to. Thank you Paul ( the owner) for an outstanding performance. Bravo!! We recently purchased a new home and needed a professional for our plumbing repairs. Seider Plumbing in Menomonee Falls is the place to call. Nathan was very professional, courteous and finished in a timely manner. So happy we called Seider.

I had used Dr plumber a few years ago to do the plumbing part of a remodeling job at my home. He did a good job and he was the first person I thought of when I needed some plumbing work done last week. What a mistake that was! I highly recommended Dr plumber to my mitigation contractor who called to make an appointment to have him scope out the drainage pipe in my basement to make sure there was nothing that could cause a blockage, flooding and sewage back up, especially twice within a 7.5mo. period this year. Dr. Plumber agreed to come out between 10-11am on Wednesday, 12.2.20. My contractor called and left him 3 voicemails to make sure he was still coming out. None of those voicemails was ever returned. Dr. Plumber always answers his phone otherwise. I also called him. He told me he would let me know when he would be there and not at the appointed time either. He said this in a very snotty tone of voice because he never had any intention of keeping this appointment. I was embarrassed that I ever mentioned Dr plumbers name to my contractor and have since removed his name from my contact list. My contractor wanted to use him as a contact for other customers who may have plumbing needs in the future but he said not anymore. By the way, a real plumber came out today and did a great job.

We have been using Flo-Rite for several years and have always had a good experience. Ben is courteous, helpful and easy to get in contact with. He is also always kind enough to patiently explain what he's doing to my interested children!

I had a small issue with my water heater that Brian was kind enough to fit me in for. The agreement was that Brian would come at the end of his day to quickly take care of something for me. Well, the night before SE Wisconsin experienced flooding and Brian was inundated with calls for sump pump repairs and general flooding issues. It would have been totally reasonable of him to push back my issue one day, but he didn't. He made it to my house after a very long day a little before 8:00 PM, was pleasant, extremely knowledgeable, and very affordable. Brian will be my new plumber for as long as he chooses to stay in business. I very highly recommend him.
