This is the first time I have called on Hartlaub to assist with a plumbing concern. My technician, Jack, was amazing! He was thorough, responsive and engaging. He answered all my questions and ensured I knew the why behind the work he was completing! I would definitely recommend the company.

I needed a plumber for a backed up sewer drain. I called Dave and left a message. I called another plumbing service with good ratings and setup an appointment with them. Dave (or i think it was Dave) called me back shortly after I explained I already booked with an other company. He asked about the rate and when I told him the rate and other company. He assured me they do good work at a great price. Seems super professional to speak well of his competition I'll definitely call Dave in the future if I have plumbing needs.

This company was hired by another company to install a vent and it turned in to a nightmare. It was not installed properly and I stressed my concerns to the company and no action was taken. As of today, I have moisture in my attic and by the summer I bet it turns into mold. Then I got a pvc pipe ran through my chimney and also was not installed correctly and now it is possibly the cause of water entering my home. Did I mention that the pvc pipe was not supposed to be ran through the chimney in the first place. Do not do business with these people

On April 24th,2023 i hired PJ's plumbing to unclog my sewer lateral that drains into the city sewer line. I attempted to clear the line myself prior to hiring them and was able to get a rooter all the way into the city line, but was unable to obtain proper flowage. The kids that were sent out to do the work were unable to get a rooter more then 15ft into the drain before giving up. They also attempted to push a camera and a jetter in, but had absolutely no success. One of the two plumbers returned to the shop after that to get a pump while his coworker and i sat and waited for 60-90min. The pump ended up not helping at all. After failing to clear my drain one of the plumbers informed me that he would be putting it down as 2 hours of labor and i agreed to sign for that amount of time. The tablet that i was presented to sign on had nothing but a blank screen for my signature so i signed. When i had first called PJ's office i explained what my situation was and asked their hourly rate. I was told they charged $160/hr. Unfortunately when i received my invoice the following day i had been charged a total of $627.90 which is a rate of $299/hr. On April 25th i hired a different plumber to clear my drain, who was able to complete the work within 30min having no issues. I called the owner of PJ's on April 26th to explain my issues with the work that was not completed, and that another plumber was able to complete the task in a timely manner without issue (Cox Plumbing). I also explained that i was told the labor rate was $160/hr and that the $627.90 bill was too much for a job that was not accomplished. I offered to pay him $350 which would cover the rate i originally agreed to. He was not willing to negotiate with me at all and informed me that if i did not pay the full amount he would put a lean on my house. I received paper work from PJ's plumbing 3 days later informing me of their intent to put a lean on my house. I believe that his plumbers were not properly trained to complete the job and did not have the right equipment. They did not complete the job that i hired them to do and are attempting to charge me more than the agreed upon amount. I am still willing to pay $350 but i believe that Paul has some extremely shady business practices and should not be paid a premium amount for a job that was not accomplished.

Rick and his employee Dustin were great to work with. Dustin's work exceeded expectations and Rick's communication was top notch. Would absolutely recommend them and use them in the future.

My Wife and I recently bought our first home and immediately had some issues with the first floor bathroom. I called Chris with Axis on Friday afternoon and told him about the problem. Not only did he come and check it out a couple hours later, when we realized our work schedules wouldnt match up he offered to come on Saturday (the next day) and do the repair. He was beyond professional and was actually able to complete the repair for less than he quoted the day before. I will be calling him with any other issues we have in the future as well as recommending him to everyone I know.

Awesome service! Would highly recommend!!! Had to call for after hours emergency water heater repair. Very professional and clean. Installed new water heater after 10pm in less than time expected!!! Did great job. Explained everything to me. Unlike other plumbers we have hired!

If you're looking for a toilet tank cover start here! All i had to do was bring a cardboard cutout of the top of the tank and Tims plumbing was able to provide me the unique cover Ive been failing to find elsewhere! Kleenex box is very happy now.

Initial plumber messed up the job but Rashawn was awesome; came himself to look at it and got it fixed right away.

$126 for a house call to tell me they can't fix the problem because they can't find where the sewer pump is located. And they couldn't call the contractor who installed it but gave their number to me. Talk about lazy...
The next day I contracted another company and he verified that the sewer pump is located right outside the patio back door in plain site. Obviously the service tech didn't want to do the job and lied to his supervisor about not being able to find the sewer pump.

Great service. Called in the morning and they were able to come after work. Experienced plumber with affordable prices, paid $165 for a main drain line clean out. Was even given a 30 guarantee warranty!
