The service from this company was really great! The customer service reps over the phone, the plumber and the electrician (Jack and Mike) were all extremely knowledgeable, professional, courteous and prompt. I needed my water heater replaced and they installed a new the same day I called! I was comfortable with the price and the overall experience was excellent. I highly recommend this company.

We had a odd smell in our basement not a sewage smell but something not right. Dave from Bufiac Plumbing Inc. looked at a few possibilities and suggested he runs a smoke test. Dave described the procedure and general costs clearly before he started and shortly found the problem. After repairs he ran the tests again to see if there were other issues and he round none. Dave was kind enough to follow up with me by phone a few days later to see if the problem was resolved! Great customer service and quality workmanship!

Do NOT use this company unless you want to get completely ripped off. We called them out to address a smell coming from the drain in our shower. We told them multiple times where the smell was coming from and said we thought there might be build-up in the P-trap or one of the pipes in the basement -- they told us multiples times that we were wrong. After charging us for a new toilet ring, doing a smoke test, and telling use we needed to extend our soffit vent out, we ended up paying for a lot of unnecessary work that didn't fix the smell at all. We had 2 more plumbers come out and give us their opinions and both agreed within 10 minutes of being here that our suspicions were correct. The plumber we went with had everything cleaned out and fixed in a day. Alpine refuses to admit their mistake, says they're the experts, and after an hour on the phone with them only knocked $100 off our bill. What a joke.

Our kitchen had this slow leaking, like a week a coffee cup leak, nothing major. I asked them to take a look. Tech came over, took 2 seconds and told me I need a new disposal. I told him our house is only 5 year old new house. Ask him can he just replace the strainer. The guy said no. Then I told him leave it, told him I will call my builder to replace it. I can tell he was upset. The guy stayed on our drive way for more than 20 minutes calling people. Today, I got a $152 bill in the mail for their 1 minute service, I called the owner and was told I agreed when I first called his daughter for the price. I guess one of us is a liar. Before you call this contractor, think twice!
