This morning I woke up to discovered that my basement floor drain was blocked up with raw sewage and had filled the basement floor. Frustrated, scared, and confused, I called my home warranty company who put me in touch with Tuffy’s Sewer and Drain. Sherri from sewer and drain called me. She was polite, professional, and very friendly. She scheduled my appointment for tomorrow at 11 am. I told her I had a small child at home and and my water was shut off. Hearing the desperation in my voice, she called back and told me her husband had a soft spot for children and he would be at my home shortly after 6 pm. At 6:15, her husband and her son Chris arrived at my home. When they arrived, they were knowledgeable, professional, and polite. They answered all my questions. Within 20 minutes, the work was completed efficiently and quickly. They cleaned up the sewage and they cleaned up behind themselves; you would not have even known they were there! They had done an outstanding job! I would never go with any other company. Thank you Tuffy’s sewer and drain for being compassionate in my time of need.

I have two emails confirming estmates for HVAC and plumbing tpday between 1and 3. The estimates are performed at a cost of $99 for each professional. My projecr was hooking up a sink and removing an extra nonworking a furnace based on an energy calc. Two office untrained staff called at noon badgered me for detailed information about work scope, , then cancelled because I could not be there an hour earlier than the window. The badgered me I could not explain the scope of work in more detail. I do not think the owners or professionals there condone how their staff handles scheduling and that untrained staff made the decision that the professionals could not do the work without consulinh them. (Lila). Paid quotes are fine. I needed two pros out there and was present , prepared and agreed to meet with them at this cost. i I obtained two professionsl quotes as scheduled at no charge. I would skip this place with the paid quotes and horrible office staff that obviously erred in their scheduling. My experience was not cinsistent with the revielws.

Excellent service and they stand by their work! I had an emergency plumbing situation due to a leaking toilet and they were able to respond quickly and professionally to solve the issue. I plan to use them again shortly for additional work and would recommend them to anyone needing 24-hour plumbing service.

I had multiple jobs completed at the same time. Kitchen sink and faucet, bathtub shower head, faucet and spout as well as both outside spigots. All were professionally competed by Joe and Jesse from Milwaukee Plumbing. Both gentlemen were courteous, polite and worked to get the job done in a reasonable amount of time and as promised.

I had an emergency when my water heater stopped working last week. I was afraid my pipes would freeze and I couldnt find anyone who could come out immediately until I saw a reccomendation for this company on nextdoor.com. These guys came immediately and had my water heater replaced AND did some plumbing on some worn out pipes.
