Dickenschrauf was our plumbing contractor for our new build. They were on-time, (which is MUCH appreciated) professional, took pride in their work, were responsive to requests and concerns (even AFTER we moved in) and were very easy to work with. Would HIGHLY recommend them!

Jack showed up on time. He looked at the work we wanted done and provided recommendations and costs. He completed the work efficiently and cleaned up after himself. He was courteous and professional.

I called Alpine Plumbing to address an uncontrollable leak from an old outdoor hose bibb. I was prepared to be told the bibb would need to be replaced, which would have been an invasive job that would have also left me repairing exterior siding and basement drywall. I was put in contact with Jody who asked for a video of the leak and quickly diagnosed the issue upon receipt. He walked me through a very simple solution over the phone that completely fixed the leak. He saved me time, money, and the misery of stressing over a messy job. Beyond expectations, is all I can say to describe the service I was provided. I though they would send someone out to just unclog the toilet. But the guy actually cleaned it too. No other plumer the company I work for cleaned up after they cleared the clog. I hope in the future my job will always use this plumbing service. Thank you guys so much!!!

I had persistent issues with basement flooding in my business. Spent a lot of money trying to get this issue resolved with three other companies previously but a few weeks later my basement would smell like the sewer or start filling with water again. 3 months since KLC did the work I haven’t had a problem since! Very satisfied!!

Omer not only fixed everything wrong with the furnace, but he noticed and corrected the improper wiring on our humidifier which was making it useless. He really knows his stuff and pays attention to detail. He also took time to educate this customer about the equipment. I'll always call on him.

Called at noon for someone to come out for a sewer backup in our basement. Company was very responsive and had someone out to our house by 2:30. Other companies couldn't come out until next week. So thankful Hagen Plumbing was able to fit us in on short notice.

Over priced compared to other heating

Called them in to replace my anode rod on the water heater. They burst our pipe in the process and charged us to repair it. Decided to call of the repair before they broke anything else. Definitely won’t be back.

Chris was the plumber that came out to our house, and he did a fantastic job. A previous company had completely botched our gas line and turned the situation into a dangerous one where We Energies had to cut the gas off and we were without for 5 days. Chris got here, was able to fix the problem right away, and was a true professional. He took the time to make sure all my appliances were operating correctly after fixing the leak, and even answered a few other questions I had about our plumbing system. I could not recommend him more highly.
