Best Hour Plumbing Services in Milwaukee WI

We had gone through my home warranty twice for my basement sewer being backed up. They offered to have the first company come or to have Tuffys. I chose Tuffys because the first place came in September and this shouldn't be happening again! Tuffys came EARLY (awesome!) Fixed my issue in about 20 minutes!! So fast, stated it was probably never fixed correctly in the first place since the issue came back again so soon but who's to tell regardless. Austin cleaned up so nicely after as well!! We were informed incorrectly about so many things by the previous company & Tuffys knew EXACTLY what they were doing. Thanks again to Austin & Sherry for coming and helping & squeezing me in their schedule. With being a first time home owner with my fiancé they were so kind, on time & quick our minds were put at ease. 10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

The team was absolutely wonderful. As a first time home owner, I wasn’t sure what all was happening when my furnace stopped producing heat. Dan was wonderful and providing diagnostic advice until Anthony was able to come and see the equipment. Anthony was nice, professional, knowledgeable, and was able to solve the problem within the hour. Highly recommend.

Excellent service and they stand by their work! I had an emergency plumbing situation due to a leaking toilet and they were able to respond quickly and professionally to solve the issue. I plan to use them again shortly for additional work and would recommend them to anyone needing 24-hour plumbing service.

Justin was efficient. courteous, and reasonable. It was a snowy Saturday and I had just started a batch of laundry. He was here in less than an hour and was done in no time at all. Recommending him to all who will listen. Nice work!!!

Highly recommend Alpine for your plumbing and air conditioning needs. Unfortunately I've had to use them for each of those. But they were prompt and very professional and got me back up and going extremely fast!

Rick and Mike were great. They called before coming and were right on time. Both were very knowledgeable and professional. The installs of my toilets went smooth as silk. Omer recently replaced my hot water heater after my old one stopped working. He was very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable, making sure to explain everything that a home owner would need to know about the work he was doing and answer any questions that came up and make recommendations for concerns he spotted that was outside the scope of work. I just want to give an appreciative shout out to Dave and his team. We had a drain issue recently that I couldn't fix myself. Chris and Austin and Dave's team showed up on time, and professionally resolved the issue. The work and value met or exceeded my expectations. When your in a jam, and need a contractor to fix something you can feel like your being taken advantage of. This was not my experience with Dave's plumbing. They will be added to my list of dependable trustworthy people to call when I need help. Thanks

This is our second time using Action Heating and Cooling. Because the heating system is radiant hot water, they sent out Mike again. Mike called me when he was on his way so I could meet him at the property.

He was able to troubleshoot the reason why the heat went out and fixed it pretty quickly. Since he had some time in the hour billing, he took a look at the other furnace for the upstairs unit and did some preventive maintenance on it..which would have most likely required another call down the line if we had let it go longer.

I feel Mike was honest about what needed to be done and he worked efficiently. He explained the issues to me when I had questions. He also pointed out a maintenance issue in the basement that was unrelated to the furnaces so I could correct it immediately.

I recommend Action Heating and Cooling and if you have an older radiant heat system, ask for Mike.

Charged me $270 to clean out some drains. Was here less than an hour, no parts needed. This did not solve the problem. Seemed to me he just did something so he could charge me. Won't use again.

I was a little nervous to work with these guys after seeing the reviews. But overall not bad, got the new water heater installed. They let me know to change the wiring, and that I could hire an electrician, or if I felt comfortable, I could do it myself. I did it, saved me a good chunk of cash.

The plumbers were what I expected, you're handy man type, nothing negative to say there. Nice enough guys here to do their job.

The one downside I can say would be the additional fee for using a card to pay. I get it, they have to call in, but phone card readers would make it pretty easy. Maybe even cheaper.
