Tom took my call Monday evening, laid out the emergency rates + normal rate so I could prioritize efficiently, and Angel Rivera was out Tuesday morning, reviewed and was able to unclog my sewer line, as well as video the pipe to review what went wrong, isolate where the problem area lies, and plan on how to fix it!. Fast, efficient and courteous. Good work!

I would recommend O&W Heating and Cooling. Prices reasonable, very knowledgeable, very informative, job done timely. Will definitely have come back on a yearly basis to check water heater, furnace, and air conditioning.

Quality craftsmanship at a fair price. He understands the plumbing code and it's intent. Made sure my plumbing system was up to code. Chris is very personable and trustworthy I had no issue leaving him alone in my house to work. Had him pipe a new gas main in the house from the meter to new appliances in the basement as I switched from LP to natural gas. Another project that I had Chris do for me was repipe all of the cast iron drain in the basement to pvc as it was failing, cracking and leaking all over. I would recommend Chris for any size project or task he is 10 out of 10

Technician was pleasant to work with, but as soon as the job hit a small hiccup he bailed on me quickly. The job he had said he could do, which was a simple job, suddenly he was no longer interested in doing. If I had to bet I'm guessing it was more of not wanting to inconvenience himself, because it was an easy repair. However, once he told me he could do the job, he should have pushed through the inconvenience and honored his word. Again, while he was a very nice guy, Tim's Plumbing straight up bailed on me for a simple repair so I could not recommend them for others to use.

I have used Brian for over 10 years. Up until now, he’s been very good (which is why I cannot give him 1 star) but it seems he’s gotten busier and busier. Unfortunately, it seems he’s unable to keep up with business, or get back to people when he says he will. He recently came to my rental property to look at a faucet and sink. He showed up and spent minutes looking at the issue and stated he’d get back with me regarding the cost to fix, since I was off-site.

That was two weeks ago. I called the office and Brian every day for a week, and sent text messages. All have been ignored, or Brian has responded saying “I’ll call you in a bit”. Well, it must be a reall big and long bit, because I’ve received no correspondence whatsoever, and I’ve called to complain about that. I did however receive a text message from the office stating “They can pound sand!” And then was promptly told that it was not directed toward me but for a delivery they were waiting for.

Not sure why it’s become so difficult to work with these guys :(
