He is very detailed and will explain everything he is doing. He even did extra things for me. He did an excellent job and worked long hours to get a new furnace for me. I called late on a Friday afternoon because my furnace wasn't working. I spoke with the owner who assured me that she could get a tech out within the hour. He showed up in 30 minutes. Yay me. He was able to diagnose and repair the problem with my furnace within the hour and I was heated and happy. I feel that the professional service I received was worth every penny. My entire experience was OUTSTANDING for the second time I needed their help . The service guy Phil was on time ( a little early) Very polite and knew exactly what needed to be done to fix my issue. I also had two other concerns beside my original clog which Phil addressed as well. Phil worked very carefully because I had some older pipes that needed to be worked with and he made sure that those did not get damaged. He took care of all the plumbing issues I had while also moving at a good speed in order to keep the labor cost low and all while answering and explaining any questions I had. I highly recommend P.J.s Plumbing as this is the second time I needed there service and each time the service was prompt, polite, clean, and efficient. Hopefully I won't have to call a plumbing company again, but if I do it will be P.J.s.

I have worked here for 3 years and it is truly an amazing place. Everyone is super friendly and helpful. The pipe and plumbing fabrication shops are exceptional, and the sheet metal shop is superb. Oh! Don't me get started on the shop warehouse. The shop manager is hands down one of the kindest, chrasmatic, professional, hardworking people I have had the pleasure of having him into my existence. Too darn bad the scale stops at 5! It should be infinity because the longer you are there the better the experience gets. Thank you JMBrennan, you have brought a new light into my life.

Technician was pleasant to work with, but as soon as the job hit a small hiccup he bailed on me quickly. The job he had said he could do, which was a simple job, suddenly he was no longer interested in doing. If I had to bet I'm guessing it was more of not wanting to inconvenience himself, because it was an easy repair. However, once he told me he could do the job, he should have pushed through the inconvenience and honored his word. Again, while he was a very nice guy, Tim's Plumbing straight up bailed on me for a simple repair so I could not recommend them for others to use.
