If you're a small business starting out I would highly recommend not doing business with this company. On numerous occasions my prices of my material fluctuate more than the stock market. And this is not in relation to the supply chain issues. I'm paying double sometimes for items that I can get elsewhere. If only this company cared about smaller companies with lower volume as they did with that bigger companies. I've grown tired of babysitting my pricing every time I order something here. I don't have the time or the patience. This company doesn't care about the contractor, as my general contractors can call and get the same pricing for fixtures and material as I can, if not better. Just another corporation only concerned with the bottom line. As generations continue, just as others have, Ferguson will just be another supply house that will be closing its doors to the big box stores because of their lack of vision for customer service and true commitment to their contractors, big or small.

We had Heiden come to our Condo on June 18th to have them install a shut off valve. Our Condo Association recommended them, even though we told them they were a 3 star business, and we would prefer to use our 5 star plumber.
Anyway they were going to get some information from the Association, and get back to us on where the shut off valve should be placed.
Nearly a month, and we have heard nothing from them.
I would never use or recommend or use them. We have informed the representative for our Condo. Not much help there either.

We had Hagen installed a new sump pump with a battery back up. Peder and Konnor did the work and we are very pleased with the way it turned out. We would recommend Hagen, and have scheduled for more work for them to do.

This company wanted to charge me more than $400 dollars, I called ABC sewer and they charged me $149 for everything

Alex was quick to respond to our questions. He came out, looked at our old A/C unit and offered options for the next steps. His candor and upbeat attitude were refreshing.

The installation was quick and while it took some time to install, he was professional and did not leave any mess. Additionally, he installed a new thermostat we purchased.

Had some trouble with our water heater. Shane arrived exactly when he said he would. He listened to our needs and fixed what needed fixing in a timely fashion. As he was wrapping up our shower faucet broke! He was able to quickly replace the cartridge.
After everything was finished he showed me some maintenance tips and answered all my questions.
We will definetly use Rozga plumbing in the future!

Terrible customer service. They were chosen by my home warranty company but never returned our calls. I left voicemails, an email and ever tried their emergency pager. Nothing. We wasted our day waiting with no water.
