Without prompting from me, the dispatcher took it upon herself to text a serviceman in the field to see if he could fit me in today. In less than one hour, Joe arrived, took care of the issue and all is well. My thanks to Jody. I'm grateful for this great service experience!

I've used Julian and his team several times and I have always been extremely satisfied. Miles away from everyone else in customer service and attentiveness and very easy to get in touch with. They double and triple check everything and don't leave until you're satisfied. I've really only scratched the surface of their positive qualities.

Very happy with estimating appointment with Hartlaub. Jeff arrived right at scheduled time to estiamte a bathroom addition. Was very thorough and detailed in explaining what would be done.

My bathtub faucet and shower were backed up. They repaired both efficiently and professionally. The communication skills throughout the job were excellent and left me clear on what the problem was and how they would solve it. Now my problem is solved.

At the risk of sounding repetitive, I heard he was a great plumber, very good at his job... That must of been some time ago... I don't know if he was robbed before or what, but he thinks that your a junkie whose out to rob him... At least that's what I gathered when I called him... HE WAS VERY MEAN AND SURLY.... Reminded me of Uncle Ruckus off BOONDOCKS... Kept telling me he was coming and never showed uo... Maybe he should stick to helping family and friends if he's working to keep busy because the lack of professionalism and phone etiquette had me bitting my tongue because I was raised to respect my elders .. Hope this helps...

I called the week before Memorial day to schedule an appointment to get an estimate done, guy on the phone was very rude and rushed the phone call. he said he would call back the Tuesday after the holiday weekend. no problem. he never called, i called them Wednesday and once again he was rude on the phone and tried to say he would call me the following week. i told him he was supposed to call me the previous day, then of course he said oh..... we scheduled an appointment for Friday June 3 at 745 in the morning. i was at home waiting until 8:30 am Friday morning and no one showed up! i called and once again guy on the phone was very rude, i told him no one showed up and he put me on hold...over 8 minutes on hold...im done! this place will NEVER get my business.
