There is always anxiety $$ when you need to call a plumber a stressful time of moving this father and son team were prompt, patient with me the customer, very thorough in explanation of work done and when I said I needed to clean a part of fixture that was taken apart they cleaned it for me. The woman who answers the phone is very friendly and helpful. They're usually able to send someone out the same day (and occasionally arrive earlier than scheduled). The guys are always prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, and thorough in their explanations. I’ve trusted them with all my plumbing challenges.

Nice guys but poor work. Very unsatisfied with the ductwork I had put in for a new fan filter, not a lot of confidence that they were doing things right, just quick and cheap. I am actively getting quotes to re-do the work from other contractors. I will never use them again.

Have to agree with the other comments here and should have looked sooner. We should have gotten estimates but were time-crunched in the sale of our home and needed a palmer valve unstucked. Long story short, I believe they spent less than 45 minutes total completing the work, yet somehow arrived at 2.25 hours of labor, and charged me $360, which includes ZERO materials. From what I've been able to find, unsticking a Palmer valve generally costs less than $100. I don't think I'll ever be calling them again for my home or my Tosa rentals.
