A flush / service for a tankless water heater- the rep the phone described hourly rates (the first hour is more than the subsequent hours , etc).

Appointment was made.

Plumber showed up forty-five minutes later.

Plumber left an hour and 45 minutes later.

Invoice shows up two weeks later for -390$ which included a “truck charge” of 35 dollars. (See above - tankless flush requires a couple of wrenches and a bottle of de- mineralizer ). 47$ for the de-mineralized (our dog ran off with the bottle so we still have it- you can buy on amazon for 15$). Labor charged was 2.5 hours at the lower rate for a total of 287$.

Would not recommend based on- punctuality and price.

We called O & W based on the reviews and we were extremely satisfied with their service. My husband called and Omer was at our place within 30 minutes. After the installation, Omer walked us through everything from cleaning our faucets to how our new water heater operates to where to find more information on the water heater. Every so often, he would stop to ask if we had any questions. Very knowledgeable and informative. Amazing customer service and very personable! Highly recommend! 👍

Kristina called me back a couple hours after I scheduled and moved me up to get service right away! Peder was extremely efficient and friendly. He also did
a great job! I will ask for him next time we need a plumber.

Had service completed last month for my boiler. Of course it wasn’t cold enough to turn on heat, but now that it’s needed it keeps flipping into an error code and having to be reset daily. I called and spoke to one lady who said a tune up was 150, but when I mentioned that it had just been serviced they said there would still be a tech service charge of 89.95, then 75 every hour. I asked do you all not guarantee your work. I was put on hold for her to find out if they guarantee their work. She comes back and says she can send a tech out, but if the issues is not due to the recent service then I would have to pay the fees. Now how would I know whether or not they would tell me the truth if it was their mess up? Also, they tried to tell me there was no record of service last month but only the previous year! So add poor record keeping on top of it. No thanks!

PJ's plumbing exuded professionalism from the estimate to the completion of our large project. Our Elm Grove home still had galvanized piping, endured multiple additions, mixed with obvious DIY work as well.
Other companies only wanted to tackle portions of the project but we were looking for one company to tackle the entire project and add a little bit of cohesion to our spaghetti of pipes.
The crew was knowledgeable, friendly and clearly communicated for the duration of the project. We have been extremely happy
with the solutions and quality of work provided by Pj's plumbing and will be bringing them back when we tackle our kitchen and bathroom
remodels.

John (master plumber) was recommended by a friend of mine and he came out to look at the work needing to be done giving free advice. However even after hours of confirming he would be out here to do the work he never showed up. He never called back or returned any of the messages that were left. I waited all day for Friday and am now without any running water in my house for the weekend and gosh knows when until I can find another plumber to come out and fix my busted water pipe. I thought I could really trust this person and had he even called to tell me something came up or any reason he couldn’t do the job would have been acceptable but I heard nothing back! This company unfortunately can not be trusted to show up to do the work needed to fix any problems.

Great wormanship and was down to earth and personal w/ my future father-in-law who has cancer.I would recommend to anyone. Their rating on Google is true to their service. TY

Very quick response to a call regarding a possible leak. We were very happy that he was able fix our bathroom sink that was dripping as well as replace our bath spout that would also drip when we would shower. We will use Dr. Plumber again as well as reccommend to family and friends.
