Last week I noticed a small amount of condensation inside of my furnace so I looked around online for a company with good reviews. Rozga's dispatcher was flexible and very easy to work with. The technician, Scott, was a great guy...Friendly, personable, and knowledgable. He came to the conclusion that the condensation was caused by one of two things, so he gave a squirt of caulk to the first thing, and told me what to do if the cause was thing two. I was happy enough until he handed me the bill: $211. I understand that this is cheap compared to your average furnace maintenance bill... But $211 for less than an hour and a squirt of caulk? Even if they paid their technicians $100 per hour, that bill would still be too high.

Called them in to replace my anode rod on the water heater. They burst our pipe in the process and charged us to repair it. Decided to call of the repair before they broke anything else. Definitely won’t be back.

My basement started flooding in late afternoon on Feb 3rd. I googled plumbers:. I called 3 plumbers who had no availability for an emergency call. Finally, I called Viking. They were at my house within 30 minutes. and unclogged a nasty sewer line. The gentlemen that arrived were really nice and helpful. VIKING should be your first call!!. It will be mine from now on.

They did a really nice job on a really difficult clog that I could not deal with myself. They were professional, quick, humorous, and helpful. Everything was cleaned up well, and they found some leaks that they also fixed as part of the visit. Would choose them any time.
