Donaven explained all my options before doing the contract. They did a great job. They went above and beyond of what I was expecting. They replaced my old galvanized pipes with copper ones and installed a new water heater. They used only good quality materials and even repaired a couple of items not included in the contract at no cost. The work was reasonably priced plus they are licensed, bonded and insured. labor and parts guaranteed. The job was done quickly and very responsive. I recommend them to anyone.

I changed out my bathtub from a cast iron claw foot tub (pretty, but not very deep) to a large acrylic soaking tub. I called at least 10 different plumbers and got quotes from five of them. Zachow Plumbing was not only the most afford quote, they were the only ones who said they could get it done on my timeline. Also, they were the only ones who didn't talk down to me when they were checking out the project. That really goes a long way. On the day of the project, they arrived exactly on time and would have finished on the same day if I hadn't purchased the wrong tub drain. The plumber we worked with was able to locate the correct drain, order it, and bring back on a different day. He finished quickly on that second visit. Everyone at Zachow Plumbing was great to speak with and work with, and I'm delighted with the quality of their work. The new bathtub is pretty great!

Called their call center to try to see if someone could come out to fix a plumbing issue we're having. I had a terrible experience. The lady who answered the phone answered any questions with one word answers, was very rude, and hung up on me me basically mid-conversation. I have no idea the quality of the actual service because I couldn't even get to that point in the process.
