I love this guys

This company is bad in the worst way. I don't just mean bad as in typically bad. I mean borderline illegal scam level. Their responses to the one star reviews resembles gaslighting.

When I called to complain I was told that they are the type of company who has integrity and that they can bring their dogs to work. Something that is completely beyond the point. Chuckled when I saw their company photos involve pictures of dogs and some underprivileged kids while they engage in unethical practices. I'm sure the response here will mention integrity.

Dig through the reviews here and it's either one star or five star reviews. Whenever you see this type of situation it's suspect. Look more closely at the five star reviews. Most of them written from first time reviewers. Also please take the time to read the one star reviews.

I will be making a consumer complaint and I urge anyone who have experienced issues to do the same. Also if this was a home Depot reference please take the time to contact them. Eagerly await their strange gaslighting response

Dennis arrived not just on time, but early, was very efficient, set up a work area that was as clean as a whistle when he finished, and completed the job very satisfactorily, well within the expected time. I have had nothing but great experience with Borth-Wilson for 30+ years.

UNETHICAL, OVERCHARGE: I asked for an estimate for unplugging my garbage disposal, and was told by answerer she couldn't do it because she had no idea what was wrong. When plumber arrived it took him about 2 minutes to unplug & then told me they had a standard cost of repairing any disposal of $140, the trip charge was $59, so I paid $200 for 2 minutes. Had the person answering the phone (who acted like she was the owner) told me of their standard charge I wouldn't have engaged them.

Friendly and efficient plumber. Great work on my bathroom sink and tub. The only plumbing service I would ever use.

I utilized again the Milestone Plumbing for a rental property. The company was able to do the repair the next day and were again totally ethical, professional, polite and economical. This is a trustworthy company with skilled and ethical employees. I was able to pick up the key from the office and the office staff was likewise respectful, helpful and friendly. Awesome company!

The Milestone Plumbing is excellent and I will use their services indefinitely. I used the services at my home and at a rental property. Both times the servicemen were expert and used the most cost effective methods. Basically they did not try to upsell me. I appreciate the integrity and honesty immensely. They performed the needed service efficiently and professionally. I highly recommend this company for skills expertise, honesty, convenience and the professionalism of both the service people and the office staff.
I wanted to add another review. I utilized the same Milestone Plumbing company again and was amazed. They came same day ( I called at 7:30 am and the service person was in by 10 am and out by 11:30am). This company is honest and tries to do things economically for the customer. They were highly ethical. Every of the 4 repairs I have called on them for has held up. This is the kind of company that makes me proud to call Milwaukee my home. These individuals behave honorably and kindly and deserve every accolade possible. Thanks and I hope you choose Milestone Plumbing. They have every bit of business for my family home and rental properties and my loyalty. GREAT COMPANY! ! 1,000,000,000 stars- 5 is not nearly enough.

Stumbled across this service on Google.I Called & Left a detailed message on his voicemail. Richard returned my call in a timely matter. Set up an appointment for him to repair my fan over the stove. So, on the day of the appointment, I sent a reminder text in which he confirmed. However, he was a NO SHOW!! I called/texted to see was he still coming. No reply nor a courtesy call. My appointment was at 4 pm and it’s now 8:03pm and still no call!! Good help is sooo hard to find!!! Very unprofessional!!!!

Maybe this was a sign from God letting me know that he was NOT the RIGHT person for the job!

The plumber should up quickly after the call, which is great and appreciated. However, he was here for an hour, “snaked” a drain, said it didn’t work and wanted at least another $1000. $400 for the plumber to come out for an hour and then another $1000 on top of that with absolutely no guarantee that he could do anything to fix the draining issue. So I just paid the plumber $400 for absolutely nothing. Not even to tell me what the issue is. $400 to figure out the problem? Ok. $400 to do nothing and then another $1000 at least to do more potential nothing. Not great and truly not happy with the service. And now I am $400 down to pay another plumber that can come out and take his job serious.

These guys were not only timely, professional, and efficient, but were quite informative and willing to talk through both process and problem solving.

Quality work done right the first time.

Had a cracked caste iron pipe in the basement on a Friday...and P.J's was able to come out and look at it quick. It was a two person job and they completed it on Monday. Dan was very professional and they cleaned everything up nicely as well. I'd call them for my next plumbing issue.

Technician was pleasant to work with, but as soon as the job hit a small hiccup he bailed on me quickly. The job he had said he could do, which was a simple job, suddenly he was no longer interested in doing. If I had to bet I'm guessing it was more of not wanting to inconvenience himself, because it was an easy repair. However, once he told me he could do the job, he should have pushed through the inconvenience and honored his word. Again, while he was a very nice guy, Tim's Plumbing straight up bailed on me for a simple repair so I could not recommend them for others to use.

Used them a few times. However, when my kitchen sink backed up to my tub, the plumber who came out cracked a pipe and tried charging me to repair it. I refused to pay for it and they took it off the bill. Now I'm on the Do not Service list...which is fine. There are a slew of great plumbing companies out there. Viking is not one of them. Their motto should be the customer is always wrong.
