This company never did any work for me so I can not complain or praise the type of work that they perform. I will say that I made an appointment for one of their technicians to come out to give me a quote on upgrading a boiler and I waited two hours and no one ever showed up nor did anyone call to cancel. I believe this is unprofessional and the sad part is this is a contractor whom number I got off the city website.

Be careful.. What a scam all they do is replace part and they charge 6hrs..at $110 dollars an hour... He only spend less then 2hrs.. So disappointed that companies let this kind of business practice.. They also charge travel fee.

We had a sewer backup in our basement that we noticed on Friday at 10:30pm, I called around on Saturday morning and was having trouble finding someone who could get out to us before Monday afternoon. I called this company and they knew what I needed right away and were out to us before 12pm today (Saturday). They were quick, friendly, informative and VERY reasonably priced! Will definitely use them again!
