We woke up to an inch of water in our basement. We called The Rooter Man and Darrell came to our home within hours. He cleared the tree roots from our pipes in less than 45 minutes. He was very polite and knew exactly what to do. We would definitely call Rooter Man again for their quick and affordable service.

I needed a plumber for a backed up sewer drain. I called Dave and left a message. I called another plumbing service with good ratings and setup an appointment with them. Dave (or i think it was Dave) called me back shortly after I explained I already booked with an other company. He asked about the rate and when I told him the rate and other company. He assured me they do good work at a great price. Seems super professional to speak well of his competition I'll definitely call Dave in the future if I have plumbing needs.

Don't call, would not recommend. They came out, told us it was another problem. But didn't even TRY to unclog the pipe, and charged us almost $300! Turns out it WAS the pipe, they were wrong. So when we called back and said the guy never even tried to unclog the pipe and that was the actual problem. They refused to send someone else out to fix it and realize their mistake and said we would have to pay all over again! Save your money and call a certified plumber. Ours fixed it and we're all good now, thank goodness.

One call to PJ (who actually answered the phone), and a short time later PJ's crew was on site. Everything was fixed in an hour - an amazing feat considering the house is almost 110 years old. On a Friday morning, discovered that my water heater tank was leaking. Ben was able to come out later in the day and replace it with a new, larger water heater. Ben was courteous and professional. I appreciated that he put down tarps to protect my flooring (even on the stairs) when he moved the new water heater in and old one out. Even though Ben had another job to work after mine, he made the time to fix my drinking faucet on the kitchen sink. I plan on giving Ben a call again for any future plumbing needs, and would recommend him to friends and family.
