I have had this company come out for the last 2 or 3 years to service my AC unit. Last year (2020) I paid Action $1142.28 total (2 visits 6 weeks apart) and I'm still having the same problem of no AC. The first time the system was out of freon, they charged it, checked the connections, blew in nitrogen, found a small leak, and put in easy seal. That lasted barely 6 weeks and they had to come out again. The second time they did the same thing, stayed a little longer, took out all the freon, blew nitrogen, said it was a leak again, cleaned out my entire unit, added freon, and it was good for the remainder of the summer (1 month). I haven't had the AC on since then and last Friday I turned it on and it blew out warm air. I feel like whatever they did during those 2 visits was absolutely useless and I paid almost the 1/3 the amount of a complete new unit. My unit is only like 8 years old. Every time they come I have to pay a trip charge and it's a temporary fix.

Recently, Dave of PJ's Plumbing corrected a couple of plumbing issues in our home, one or two of those issues resulting from sub-standard work by our builder's original plumbing contractor when we built 25 years ago! Dave was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, and informative! He corrected the issues in a very efficient and timely manner, and we were charged very fairly! We had used PJ's in the past when we remodeled a bathroom, and it was after that positive experience that we decided that PJ's was our go to plumber......Period!

Matt S. repaired an outdoor faucet, as requested when I set up the appointment. I also asked him about loud noises from the washing machine water pipes and he fixed them although that was not part of the scheduled visit.

I would say Steve showed up at our house within 15-20 minutes of talking to him on the phone. He assessed the situation and began his work. We ended up getting a new hot water heater installed, which Steve was able to complete in no time at all!

I just recently hired Roy's Plumbing to repair a clogged basement sink as well as a kitchen faucet. The lady that took my call was very friendly and kind with me while taking a brief description of the repairs I needed done. When the repair guys arrived at my home the repair truck was very clean with an easy to see and read logo. The repair guy was nice, clean cut and knowledgeable.
