Well, I literally had a rag go down my bathtub drain, obviously it clogged. I called tuffys at 7:32PM and they gave a me a quote over the phone and Austin came right out, same night! He showed up at 8:05 and went right to work. He was quick, kind, efficient and most importantly, he fixed it! He was out the door by 8:35 pm! I paid the Same price that I was quoted over the phone and I have to say the service was awesome. It was quicker then ordering a pizza. Amazing service. I will call them again when I need a plumber. ☺️

I am in the process of building a bathroom in my basement and I wanted to give the plumbers a big thanks. They were professional, quick, fair prices, and did a great job. I had a few extra odd jobs they took care of in no time flat.

During my bathroom build, I worked with the designer and she helped me pick out fixtures and toilet to all match. People are very jealous of my new bathroom.

Things they have done so far: new pipe under the cement floor, install new toilet, install shower faucet, shower pan, faucet for my sink, and replaced my galvanized pipe with PEX. With the new PEX my water pressure is great and they had the pipes replaced in a day.

My bathtub faucet and shower were backed up. They repaired both efficiently and professionally. The communication skills throughout the job were excellent and left me clear on what the problem was and how they would solve it. Now my problem is solved.

Quick, responsive, and reliable service. They were able to take a tight space with little room to work in an incredibly old house and still correct an outdoor hose bib issue. They left the area looking cleaner than when they started. Will definitely use them for plumbing needs in the future!

Highly recommend Alpine for your plumbing and air conditioning needs. Unfortunately I've had to use them for each of those. But they were prompt and very professional and got me back up and going extremely fast!

I see a lot of good reviews on there, but my experience was not good. The person I spoke to set a meeting with me for the same day. Great, until he didn't show and then didn't answer his phone, return my message or text. The next day he called like nothing happened and said he could schedule an appointment with me. No thank you. I just want to give an appreciative shout out to Dave and his team. We had a drain issue recently that I couldn't fix myself. Chris and Austin and Dave's team showed up on time, and professionally resolved the issue. The work and value met or exceeded my expectations. When your in a jam, and need a contractor to fix something you can feel like your being taken advantage of. This was not my experience with Dave's plumbing. If you're a small business starting out I would highly recommend not doing business with this company. On numerous occasions my prices of my material fluctuate more than the stock market. And this is not in relation to the supply chain issues. I'm paying double sometimes for items that I can get elsewhere. If only this company cared about smaller companies with lower volume as they did with that bigger companies. I've grown tired of babysitting my pricing every time I order something here. I don't have the time or the patience. This company doesn't care about the contractor, as my general contractors can call and get the same pricing for fixtures and material as I can, if not better. Just another corporation only concerned with the bottom line. As generations continue, just as others have, Ferguson will just be another supply house that will be closing its doors to the big box stores because of their lack of vision for customer service and true commitment to their contractors, big or small.

My condo board has requested Heiden come out and repair hose bibbs. They leak into unit ground floor closets which causes a real mess. We have been trying to get them to correct work they have done, they are really dragging their feet. We have a warrentee on work they did for our condo. We cannot turn on our outside water until Heiden fixes problem.
