If I could give more stars I would and I would definitely recommend this company for services needed....had a backed up sewer drain and the guys came out worked quickly and had us ready for use in under 30 minutes....very professional and friendly and will be using their services again if I ever need to again...thanks again guys!!!!!!!

This company cares more about money than its employees.

Isaac who came out to fix our water heater did a great job. Clean courteous and professional. Great at explaining what he was doing and very quick. I'd definitely use him again.

Update: the joys of Living in an old house, had to replace a pressure tank for the well. Jeff did a great job. Fast and clean. Again, great service.

Updates 3 & 4: great service on the A/C replacing a contact switch. And also moving a drain location for a shower and roughing in some plumbing. Andy did a great job and worked to get it moved up in the schedule. I’m glad I got them to do it although I’m very handy around the house.

They responded to my plumbing emergency promptly, professionally, and completely. I signed up for their maintenance plan to be sure nothing like this happens again. They were great at explaining everything, and the results of their work are outstanding! I've got a new plumber for life!

Had a great experience with Milwaukee plumbing. Can’t miss the red trucks and I finally used them. I will never again search for other plumbers. They were fast, efficient, honest and trustworthy. Joe was a funny guy, but knew his stuff. Would highly recommend!

Knew exactly what the problem was, fixed it very quickly, very friendly, price was amazing.

Do NOT use this company unless you want to get completely ripped off. We called them out to address a smell coming from the drain in our shower. We told them multiple times where the smell was coming from and said we thought there might be build-up in the P-trap or one of the pipes in the basement -- they told us multiples times that we were wrong. After charging us for a new toilet ring, doing a smoke test, and telling use we needed to extend our soffit vent out, we ended up paying for a lot of unnecessary work that didn't fix the smell at all. We had 2 more plumbers come out and give us their opinions and both agreed within 10 minutes of being here that our suspicions were correct. The plumber we went with had everything cleaned out and fixed in a day. Alpine refuses to admit their mistake, says they're the experts, and after an hour on the phone with them only knocked $100 off our bill. What a joke.

I set up an appointment with Darryl to come out between 10 and 12 on a Monday, by 1145 he was a no show, I text him asking if he was in route to my home and didn’t receive a reply till and hour later. When he finally got to my home which was after 1 pm, he attempted to jack the flat rate that he had given me the day I made the appointment from 225 to 265. When I mentioned that not only was he late but he was also attempting to charge me more he agreed to the flat rate I had to “remind him” of. To top it off, all he had to do was snake the drain out he was literally at my home 15 minutes and made 225 off of me. Very unprofessional and a bit of a rip off too!

I called Plugged Pipes in the morning with and urgent drain issue and Mike showed up within a few hours and completely resolved my problem and it's been working great ever since. He even gave me DIY solutions to prevent this from happening in the future. I completely trust Plugged Pipes to be clean, quick, efficient, and helpful.

I want to thank you for all your attention and due diligence you and your company gave to take care of our plumbing problem. Your plumber was very nice and personable, you took care to make sure that the problem was resolved and we walked away a happy customer. If you're a small business starting out I would highly recommend not doing business with this company. On numerous occasions my prices of my material fluctuate more than the stock market. And this is not in relation to the supply chain issues. I'm paying double sometimes for items that I can get elsewhere. If only this company cared about smaller companies with lower volume as they did with that bigger companies. I've grown tired of babysitting my pricing every time I order something here. I don't have the time or the patience. This company doesn't care about the contractor, as my general contractors can call and get the same pricing for fixtures and material as I can, if not better. Just another corporation only concerned with the bottom line. As generations continue, just as others have, Ferguson will just be another supply house that will be closing its doors to the big box stores because of their lack of vision for customer service and true commitment to their contractors, big or small.

Called Heiden for emergency leak after a home improvement fail. Andy called me in 10 minutes. He asked me what happened and suggested we send pictures. He called me right back, told us the part we needed and walked us through the fix. Success! And now we can wait until Monday to make an appointment and have water over the weekend. So grateful. Andy confirmed what I always knew- Heiden always gives solid, honest service- which is why they were the first people I called on a Saturday.
