Best Plumbing service in Milwaukee!! Diamond Plumbing was quick, attentive, and a pleasure to deal with. Honestly not a bad word to say about the service , price, or the job they did! Quick service, reasonable prices!

We had a big basement water issue (building on the Milwaukee river). Quote was fair. Mid-project they got creative and saved us at least 20%. Very happy with the result.

The plumbing expert, Angel Rivera, was at our house quickly to fix broken washer machine connections. He clearly told us the different options to complete the repair. He also completed the repair in a short amount of time.

Words cannot describe the professionalism, attention to details, and responsiveness IcyHot founder Hector gave to us! We were referred to him by a friend as the big box HVAC companies were unresponsive to our lack of heat. Hector answered us immediately, came out to our house within an hour for a quote for a new boiler, and installed the next day!!! He would not leave our house on day of install until we had fully function heat. Words cannot describe the amount of faith and hope we put into Hector and his crew to come to our rescue as our home was without heat and 55 degrees (of note the big box company had over a week and did not even provide us with an install date....so yes! we were without any head for over a week until Hector came to us!). The next day he and his crew installed our new boiler, ensured everything was fully functional prior to leaving, even went above and beyond to clean out our 1906 pipes/plumbing which is above and beyond the quote (and didn't charge us extra!!!!). This is the first time in 15 years of using a big box company that we actually have equal heat on our second story which mirrors our first story! Again....words on this review cannot describe our extreme joy and warmth with Hector's professionalism, responsiveness, and HVAC expertise on what our unique 1906 plumbing needed to guarantee us heat and peace of mind. Highly, highly recommend to all!!!!!

This company is absolutely terrible. I have problems with my hot water heater. The pilot light wont stay lit so i have no hot water. The landlord came over and tried to fix it for me the other day, we thought it was actually fixed, but my landlord informed me that he was leaving the country for 2 weeks and would be unreachable. He said if the heater remains giving me problems i should call action heating, cooling, and plumbing bcos they have their sticker on the unit meaning they r always the ones he calls for service. The unhelpful receptionist at Action told me that my landlord would have to call them because its his property and he would be responsible for payment. I explained to her that no I was going to pay for it and he would reimburse me later and that he told me to call you if i continued to have problems with the hot water. The receptionist didnt care about these facts and was unmoved by my story. So when i tried to clarify what she was telling me i said so bcos my landlord is gone for 2 weeks and unreachable i cant get my hot water turned back on bcos of some policy you supposedly have?? Her response was yes and she continued to babble nonsense as i hung up in frustration. What a bunch of idiots. Im sitting here at home looking at my $5,000 cash in disbelief. Like i have money and im gonna pay u cash on arrival whether its a 4500 dollar replacement of the water heater or a 1 dollar replacement of a part of the water heater......So whats the problem? Apparently this company no longer wants our business or our money. And they have no compassion for a.customer in need, for a man without hot water......Way to do business guys...bravo

Paul came and did a preventative sewer drain cleaning, he was quick, efficient, clean and very reasonably priced! I have and will only use PJs for my plumbing needs and will continue to refer him to everyone!

John (master plumber) was recommended by a friend of mine and he came out to look at the work needing to be done giving free advice. However even after hours of confirming he would be out here to do the work he never showed up. He never called back or returned any of the messages that were left. I waited all day for Friday and am now without any running water in my house for the weekend and gosh knows when until I can find another plumber to come out and fix my busted water pipe. I thought I could really trust this person and had he even called to tell me something came up or any reason he couldn’t do the job would have been acceptable but I heard nothing back! This company unfortunately can not be trusted to show up to do the work needed to fix any problems.

Matt K. Called to say he could arrive earlier than scheduled if it was okay….he arrived, went right to work, cleaned up after the installation and explained the operation of the new water heater.
He was very professional and courteous.

Carl's Plumbing was assigned to me through my home warranty, and I will be requesting that they do not send this company in the future. The person who came was unbelievably rude and unprofessional from the moment I opened the door, talking to me as if I knew nothing or I was a child. Based on one of the comments he made, I don't believe he would have been talking that way if he had been talking to my husband instead of me, a woman.

4 days later, still no call back regarding getting a quote on plumbing work.
