Ryan and Dan are top notch and always a pleasure to work with. Both have done everything for us in our real estate business from replacing leaky faucets to ripping out and installing brand new heating and plumbing systems. Both Dan and Ryan are always on time, always responsive and always someone I know will do the job right the first time!

The repair gentleman was polite and efficient and proceeded with the task quickly and accurately. The gentleman who came here prior to this time was extremely rude and didn't provide me with an invoice.

KL did a nice job replacing my kitchen sink. Thanks to their prompt service my sink was installed in time to cook Thanksgiving dinner!

WE had Borth-Wilson remodel our main Bathroom. Their work was exceptional in all aspects. Starting with Don ( owner) coming over for estimate then Marah and Carlie with putting the plans and selections into place. The specialists who did all the work, from Casey, Zack , Dave, Bill, John and Kevin. All were professional , clean, knowledgeable and helpful. The couple of minor glitches that we incurred, were resolved quickly and satisfactorily, and it was all on budget! ! ! They were Awesome ! !! If we had another bathroom to remodel, we certainly would use Borth-Wilson again and certainly use them for any plumbing problems. Thanks Borth-Wilson, job well done ! ! !

Highly recommended. Had a very good experience. Hot water heater wasn't working so I called them and they kind of knew what was wrong after I explained the problem over the phone. They didn't charge trip charge. I called couple other places with great reviews on Google. All of them were interested in coming and charging a trip charge. None of them were interested in listening to the water heater problem. Buzz from Knauer arrived within an hour after I called. Fixed the hot water heater and the charge was very reasonable, one third of what others quoted. Has been 4 months since the service, no issue yet. Really really happy with Knauer plumbing service, reasonable rates, honest tech who won't over charge or try to over sell you. Highly recommended!

Never showed up for my service in December

I have had numerous times where I needed plumbing services. Some of the needs were immediate. Every time I call PJ’s they get right back to me and are able to help with any problem I am having. Thank you Paul and the entire staff at PJ’s Plumbing!!

Journeymen that work there are great, but Brennan sends you a lump sum bill and won't respond to any questions regarding it. I have tried for over 4 months to pay a bill, but I get a different answer every time I ask. I sent a letter to one of the owners, again trying to resolve the $500 plus bill, but never got a response. Horrible customer service. It's too bad as the journeymen that come out for service have always been great. Other tenants in our building downtown also complain about they feel they have been overcharged many times. We have a great HVAC contractor in Brookfield that we'll have to use in the future.

Donaven is amazing! Excellent workmanship and took all the extra time needed to look at some other potential upgrades and repairs we have considered doing. He has definitely made customers for life with us!!

Tim's Plumbing is the best! Had an old concrete laundry tub that needed to be replaced. Matt, the plumber, was professional, personable, and knowledgeable. I couldn't be happier with the results. I highly recommend Tim's Plumbing.
