Cream City came out to clear multiple drain lines at my location. Service was prompt, professional, knowledgeable, and accurate. They were well-equipped, and the peace of mind knowing the lines are clean and clear is very helpful. It is hard to find such a great embodiment of a small business.

I called Plugged Pipes in the morning with and urgent drain issue and Mike showed up within a few hours and completely resolved my problem and it's been working great ever since. He even gave me DIY solutions to prevent this from happening in the future. I completely trust Plugged Pipes to be clean, quick, efficient, and helpful.

Goes by milwaukee plumbing services for billing purposes. Will charge you at least $80 to walk in the door and claims all non-desperate plumbers do the same. That is a lie. Will then tell you not to purchase any replacement parts so they can get you a warranty. That is just to upcharge you. Finally, got a second quote that was nearly half the price. Look elsewhere.

Borth Wilson made our bathroom project easier than we would have thought possible. From an incredibly responsive project manager, to the talented and efficient designer, and the incredibly considerate workers, we always felt like they had the project in hand. They helped us trouble shoot a few tricky issues with our design and even found a window vendor to do the impossible in our very old space (who likes windows in showers...anyone???) Most importantly, they stayed true to the character of our 1929 Tudor home in Tosa...to the point that people will ask if our tile/floor is original (LOVE that!). If and when our kitchen is ready to be re-done...we know who we are calling.

And I have to add...they are the BEST for the one-off plumbing issue, too! Skillfull, efficient, friendly, AND a good value compared to others we have tried.

We had a plumbing emergency and had to locate a plumber to help us in a pinch. The staff at PJ's was the only plumbing service to call us back quickly and within the hour someone was at our door ready to fix the problem. Our plumbing issue was even worse than we we thought. We were scared we would not be able to afford the repairs. They reassured us they would do all they could to make sure we had plumbing and we would not have a huge bill. They were right! They fixed our plumbing the very next day ( was not an easy fix). They were very proffesional, cleaned up after themselves ( what little mess they made), and didn't charge us an arm and leg. My name is Ben and I'm the owner of Flow-Rite plumbing and would like to respond to Mike's review. I can understand his frustration on how the job went. But would like to clarify a few things, first his situation was very unusual, every time the drain cleaner was sent down the drain the cutting head would become entangled in tampons and could no longer push forward forcing me to pull it back with difficulty, remove the debree and start over, with the same thing happening over and over. I had no reason to believe that I couldn't unclog the pipe once my cutting head would stop being blunted by the debree. Towards the end of the day, the cable pushed through after a dozen or more attempts to break through finally reaching the full 100 feet of the drain machine. After several more attempts, I gave up. It was a reasonable conclusion the pipe was broken since the uncloged portion was far less than a hundred feet away and I had gotten past that point many times. I informed Mike that it still could be possible to open the pipe with different equipment and if that didn't work I could replace the whole run for $5,200 and for considerably Lea's I we just fixed the broken portion. As far as being on the phone 90% of the time the reality is I was listening to podcasts with earbuds and would go outside occasionally to speak take other business calls and for a chance to rest more than anything.

I told him that I had a very clogged drain in my bathroom vanity anyway but I did tell him I worked on it so it might be some other things going on there which they did not do count for peace that only got to unplug it but nothing no backup to fix it but we'll all set thank youI told me that I had to send a plumber because he only unclogs drains wished I was able to adequatelyWe couldn't do

It was a pure pleasure working with Roy’s Plumbing. The experience was excellent from speaking with the pleasant office personnel to the clean cut and experienced plumbing technicians replacing piping in my basement and unclogging my sewer drain in a timely fashion.
