I just want to give an appreciative shout out to Dave and his team. We had a drain issue recently that I couldn't fix myself. Chris and Austin and Dave's team showed up on time, and professionally resolved the issue. The work and value met or exceeded my expectations. When your in a jam, and need a contractor to fix something you can feel like your being taken advantage of. This was not my experience with Dave's plumbing. They will be added to my list of dependable trustworthy people to call when I need help. Thanks

Very professional and pleasant to work with. Very clean and polite in the house. The most affordable of numerous estimates and understood the job we wanted to have done. Punctual daily and the job finished on the date estimated. Will use again in future.

We called them after having drainage issues and sewage coming up into the basement on a Saturday late afternoon. The dispatch told us it would be 525 for the first hour and 250 every hour afterwards. Reluctantly we agreed and were told a service tech would call us for address details. The service tech called after a few minutes and said it would be 750 to come out for the first hour. I told him the numbers dispatch gave us and he said it was wrong they are not supposed to give out the quotes. We stood our ground at 525 he was reluctant to come. Finally he did after a few more minutes of trying for the 750. He was in and out in 30 minutes and the blockage was removed. He left all the blockage in a pile on our basement floor. No cleanup whatsoever. Based on this experience I would not recommend after-hours use.

I called in a panic the day before thanksgiving with my kitchen sink clogged, yikes. They arrived within 2 hours of my call, professional, courteous, reasonable, did a great job. I won't call any other plumber!

12-4-2019. Eric came and replaced our kitchen faucet. He was patient, kind and professional. Pricing is fair compared to O.C.K.B.P.

Ive had two experiences with shower fixtures that stop running The first was a decent plumber who flushed our lines and got everything working.

After the issue returned, we called again. They sent out Jess, who was knowledgeable and very professional. They replaced both fixtures, adjusted our hot water heater, and we couldnt be happier.

We've continued to use viking since then, and wouldn't consider another plumber.

Had a sewer backup around 9 pm, called Mike at plugged pipes and they were out the next morning. Problem solved. Friendly people, honest up front pricing. I would definitely use them again.

The plumber they finally sent was fine, but getting him to our house was a huge mess.

The receptionists have bad communication skills, and insinuated we wouldn't pay our bill. They'll tell you one thing and do another. We had to reschedule the first appointment because she forgot to actually put the appointment in the system (time off work wasted).

Then they sent a technician that can only unclog drains instead of a plumber we requested, then the plumber finally showed up around 530pm when the window they gave was 1-4pm. Plumbing service was fine once they got there.

could do w alot of less hanging out between workers and more towards customer service would be great
