Prompt courteous service. I've had them replace two furnaces (different homes) and my central air. Excellent products and nice people.

Customer service is unmatched. We recently had our laundry sink backing up and they were able to come quickly and resolve the issue. We were so worried that it was going to be crazy expensive, but it was reasonable and most importantly done quick and well (on a Saturday!) We’ve used a number of other places and really had the run around in terms of service, cost etc. I feel at ease knowing I will get timely service from a place I really trust.

I've been a Knauer customer for over thirty years, and have always found them to be courteous, prompt, cost-competitive, and efficient. I've had my furnace, water heater and airconditioning installed and serviced with Knauer and have always had an excellent experience. It's nice having familiar service people and staff to talk to about my issues. They always know who I am and treat me like I matter.

I've always had a positive experience with them. Their pricing is fair and the technicians are friendly and punctual.

My floor drain in the basement was backing up. Arnold S came out and worked hard to not only fix the problem but throughly diagnose the cause. Very professional and explained info easily and completely.

Broke a line in our boiler heating system just as an April storm and cold snap approached. Within five minutes of calling after hours I was called back by a service technician (who quoted me the costs for an after hours call and travel) and he was at our home less than twenty minutes later. He not only quickly fixed the problem but also gave me an overview of our boiler and made suggestions for better performance. Michael did an awesome job and I was wonderfully pleased with how I was treated and the quality of workmanship. They became my “go to” company for heating and cooling. Had Schoof’s replace a water shut off valve on my basement. They were quick and professional. Pricing seemed reasonable for the work. Would recommend them to others for any plumbing job.

Words cannot describe the professionalism, attention to details, and responsiveness IcyHot founder Hector gave to us! We were referred to him by a friend as the big box HVAC companies were unresponsive to our lack of heat. Hector answered us immediately, came out to our house within an hour for a quote for a new boiler, and installed the next day!!! He would not leave our house on day of install until we had fully function heat. Words cannot describe the amount of faith and hope we put into Hector and his crew to come to our rescue as our home was without heat and 55 degrees (of note the big box company had over a week and did not even provide us with an install date....so yes! we were without any head for over a week until Hector came to us!). The next day he and his crew installed our new boiler, ensured everything was fully functional prior to leaving, even went above and beyond to clean out our 1906 pipes/plumbing which is above and beyond the quote (and didn't charge us extra!!!!). This is the first time in 15 years of using a big box company that we actually have equal heat on our second story which mirrors our first story! Again....words on this review cannot describe our extreme joy and warmth with Hector's professionalism, responsiveness, and HVAC expertise on what our unique 1906 plumbing needed to guarantee us heat and peace of mind. Highly, highly recommend to all!!!!!

Great service, honest, quick and helpful!

Had these guys out to complete a dishwasher install for us. They were fast to come out for a quote, were conversational during the quoting process and explained why they would do things the way they recommended. Came out on time on the day of install and had everything done in the span of 2 mornings. They were clean, prompt, polite and professional. Would definitely hire again.
