I am so glad that I contacted Knauer...The hose from our kitchen sink faucet began leaking. Your employee Jordan noted that our hot water outpour was also very thin. We discussed and I decided to buy a new faucet...it was installed. AND the hot water Outpour was back to normal!!!! [I had been told that the Problem was the water pipes in my home we’re so old and narrowed.] I am so glad that I called Knauer!

Andy from Heiden and Heiden in general were excellent! Andy followed through with me the whole process , including the estimate, he was at the site as one of the workers and afterwords with invoice and detailed pictures. This was not an inexpensive repair and I was quite concerned. However, I felt confident in choosing Heiden due to their history, BBB rating, their time in business and Andy on the job. I will and have recommended Heiden for any plumbing job, including Sewer service line repair.

We had an all around great experience with PJs after our three year old decided to flush a toy car down the toilet!

We called Paul around noon and were lucky enough that he was able to make it to our house the same afternoon. He was professional and courteous during his visit, even listening to the same three-year old introduce all of her favorite toys by name.

I appreciate they came out same day, but I was over charged and not all leaks were fixed. I had already paid $1182 and they wanted an additional $200 to fix $10 part which took 5 minutes to replace. Another plumber said I shouldn't have had to pay more than $800 for the whole job.

Came out at short notice to service our AC. Prompt, professional, courteous, and knowledgeable service from a great team. Would recommend them to anyone in the area for excellent service and value.

Chris was very kind and professional. He also drove from quite a ways away to address my emergency. He took the time to explain to me where our water shut off valves where to stop the leaking to prevent any more damage until he arrived. He also explained what he was going to do to repair the leaking pipes. Oftentimes, as a young woman, I have contractors come out for quotes, and they are condescending and rude and want to speak to the man in the house. Chris was not that way. He was courteous and respectful. I also felt very comfortable with him being in my home. He was quick and organized. He also cleaned up after himself. I will definitely be using him for my future plumbing needs.

This is co-vid time, so things are different. Appointment was postponed a day; that,s understandable. Andy did excellent work that took him about 6 hours. Besides having to pull a toilet out to fix a leak at the floor, he installed two new faucets (kitchen sink, hall bathroom), repaired two water shutoff valves, and then installed 4 more. He was always pleasant, doing good work, even though he was bent into a pretzel trying to fit into tight places. Andy always wore his mask and didn't take it off inside the house. The family maintained social distancing by spending the day outside and donned masks when going inside. Things like that are important to us because a family member works in a large hospital. Since everything is still working, and no one is sick, kudos to Andy and Rozga Plumbing. Thanks Guys!

They communicate well, are on time, and perform high quality work. I would definitely recommend them for any plumbing needs.

Please make sure you ask about the costs before they come to your home especially on the weekend as he charges double. He did not fix anything. Instead, he charged my family a large amount for coming to check the issue because it was, “Sunday and I charge double.” He was also very rude to me when I said absolutely nothing. “Do you work on Sunday’s?” This was none of his business. All we did was ask why he was charging so much. So, please do not contact him if you are not okay with disrespect, high costs, and bullsh*t.

Tim's Plumbing is the best! Had an old concrete laundry tub that needed to be replaced. Matt, the plumber, was professional, personable, and knowledgeable. I couldn't be happier with the results. I highly recommend Tim's Plumbing.

I called Viking to repair a toilet leak under the base. They were able to schedule my work within a few days. The plumber arrived when expected. He quickly diagnosed the problem then recommended a toilet flange replacement that I accepted. He quickly completed the work. The plumber was careful and cleaned up when he was finished. I was very satisfied with the work but should have clarified Viking's pricing before hand. The total repair cost about $320 but was billed at a flat rate so no trip charge or anything else exotic. I'm pretty cheap (and maybe out of touch) when it comes to pricing home services and would probably crab about any cost above $150. The work was well done!!
