I had a toilet that needed installing, and Peder did a fantastic job. He's very personable and knows his business. But not only did he install my toilet, he noticed I had issues with a screen door handle and fixed that for me too!

My entire experience was OUTSTANDING for the second time I needed their help . The service guy Phil was on time ( a little early) Very polite and knew exactly what needed to be done to fix my issue. I also had two other concerns beside my original clog which Phil addressed as well. Phil worked very carefully because I had some older pipes that needed to be worked with and he made sure that those did not get damaged. He took care of all the plumbing issues I had while also moving at a good speed in order to keep the labor cost low and all while answering and explaining any questions I had. I highly recommend P.J.s Plumbing as this is the second time I needed there service and each time the service was prompt, polite, clean, and efficient. Hopefully I won't have to call a plumbing company again, but if I do it will be P.J.s.

John (master plumber) was recommended by a friend of mine and he came out to look at the work needing to be done giving free advice. However even after hours of confirming he would be out here to do the work he never showed up. He never called back or returned any of the messages that were left. I waited all day for Friday and am now without any running water in my house for the weekend and gosh knows when until I can find another plumber to come out and fix my busted water pipe. I thought I could really trust this person and had he even called to tell me something came up or any reason he couldn’t do the job would have been acceptable but I heard nothing back! This company unfortunately can not be trusted to show up to do the work needed to fix any problems.

Donaven was on-time, quickly evaluated the issues and offered options and recommendations after discussing those issues. He was available to do the fixes immediately. He completed the toilet and faucet replacements in three hours - I was very impressed.

Overpriced and not knowledgeable. Guy came out and didn't know what he was doing. Said he had never fixed a faucet like this so I watched some videos before I came. We have a standard Delta kitchen faucet you see in all the stores!!! Caused a leak in our basement because he forgot to shut the main valve off. Charged $250 and didn't fix anything! If you don't know what you are doing, don't come out. We can also look up videos too. Be upfront and tell people. We would have found someone else first. Never will use again!

Milestone was recommended to me by a co-worker. He knows I love to support women entrepreneurs and when I called Jessie answered! I was thrilled- she had Adam come out to our home (Built in 1886) and diagnose and repair some issues. Adam also let us know that some of our guest bathroom plumbing was not done correctly- we had that fixed last week. He took the time to explain everything to George and I. I absolutely trust them!
