Just finished the second commercial project with Faust Co Inc as the plumbing contractor. New bathrooms, water heater, slop sink, etc... Outstanding service each time. Mark's work preparing for fixtures to be installed and installing fixtures is exceptional. He is very knowledgeable and goes above and beyond expectations to help get the work done properly and on time. Bryan is also responsive and helpful when I call with questions or need to schedule work. Pricing has been more than fair. Going forward, I will not use anyone else. I would highly recommend Faust Co.

Friendly service on a Saturday evening. Cleared out a pile of tree roots from the main drain pipe to the street and cleaned up after the work was done.

For a 24 hour service they don’t get back to their customers. Really disappointed. Hit them up last night with zero response. Used their weird texting service that clearly doesn’t work.

They were very prompt, reasonable and friendly. I would recommend them.

Hartlaub has always been great about being responsive and not trying to sell me more than I need. Today I had Andy out to fix a leak and he was great at explaining what was wrong and the options to fix it including his recommendation. Didn’t try to get me to go with the most expensive solution which I appreciate.

They responded to my plumbing emergency promptly, professionally, and completely. I signed up for their maintenance plan to be sure nothing like this happens again. They were great at explaining everything, and the results of their work are outstanding! I've got a new plumber for life!

Highly recommend!! We couldn't do laundry, take showers, flush our toilet because it was all coming up through my basement! He came same day and took about 20 minutes. I am so happy it is taken care of and will be using him again. Efficient, explained helpful tips, and very professional.

get a quote up front. was not expecting a $50 trip charge. Don't you need to make the trip in order to do the work?

I just received the bill for a same day visit for a small sewage back up in the basement. TWO people arrived, a plumber and “helper” as listed on the invoice. They arrived shortly after 2:00 pm and completed the work by 2:45 pm. Courteous. They ran sewer and floor drain and flushed with water. Cleaned up. Did not put things back where found after moving them though. They are billing me $509.57. Charging for me for 1.75 hours of work? I live about 3 miles from their office so even with travel it would not total 1.75 hours. $157.50 for the “helper”—who is this and why were they there? Was not told I would be paying labor for two. $290.50 for the plumber and $35 for unspecified materials. I find this to be dishonest and exorbitant. Will be filing complaint with DATCP and BBB.
