The team was absolutely wonderful. As a first time home owner, I wasn’t sure what all was happening when my furnace stopped producing heat. Dan was wonderful and providing diagnostic advice until Anthony was able to come and see the equipment. We had originally had an inconvenience with Hartlaub, but Deb was very helpful when we called. She showed compassion, an ear to listen, she was careful to explain things and overall she showed integrity as a worker. At first I considered taking my business elsewhere, but Deb changed my mind to call Hartlaub again if we have any more plumbing problems, due to her willingness to serve and be someone who serves the customer.

A friend of ours recommended Hartlaub because of the service, but I would recommend Hartlaub because of Deb. She knows the business inside and out and is doing the best to serve the customer.

I hired Budiac Plumbing for sump pump issues. Dave was professional, knowledgable, and courteous. He explained the issue as well as my options for resolving it, and did a great job. I highly recommend.

I had persistent issues with basement flooding in my business. Spent a lot of money trying to get this issue resolved with three other companies previously but a few weeks later my basement would smell like the sewer or start filling with water again. 3 months since KLC did the work I haven’t had a problem since! Very satisfied!!

They need to double check there work before they leave to make sure what they were hired for is fixed, and that it is working before they leave. This was not done, and I would never recommend this company. Terrible experience. I was not impressed at all... Poor!! One star is to many.

I can't say enough good things. They were extremely responsive, have a great price, professional, and thorough. They came all the way out to my area for a warranty claim which was denied and I ended up paying out of pocket. If I was in the Milwaukee area, I would use them all the time.

This company never did any work for me so I can not complain or praise the type of work that they perform. I will say that I made an appointment for one of their technicians to come out to give me a quote on upgrading a boiler and I waited two hours and no one ever showed up nor did anyone call to cancel. I believe this is unprofessional and the sad part is this is a contractor whom number I got off the city website.

This week we came home after being away and found our outside hose bibb had cracked and had been gushing water for 8 hours, we turned off the pipe indoors and got the water to stop but had flooding in our basement just due to the sheer amount of water on the outside wall. We called VIP and they promptly came. We wanted to see if there was any other damage to our piping internally and to locate if that was the only issue. The employee from VIP was here for 15 minutes, said he could replace the hose bib, said our guess was right. When we called to schedule there was no information about them charging just to come out and we weren't told pricing until we got a bill in the mail. The bill was for over $200 dollars. The average price for a hose bib is $10. We were frustrated with the low level of service, lack of insight, and excessive pricing for 15 minutes of something, honestly I could've done myself. Won't be using them again.
