I had a water leak and another company could not locate. Steve came out using an infrared camera. He immediately located a hot spot at kitchen floor. His team came out the next day on time and repaired the water leak. Steve then walked me through the water bill credit process. Smart, punctual and clean.

It’s really my fault. I had a previous bad experience but couldn’t get hold of my regular guy. A simple changing of a valve turned into a $450 quote to change the guts of a toilet. Then suddenly there was a part that had to be installed on a previously working sink. Then “oh you need to snake the drain in the sink” that’s another $190. Then oh. I broke the pedestal top to the sink. Never mind. No charge. I won’t do anything bye.

Call 24 Hour Rooter Services last night for my bathroom clogg.after i call 4 plumber arround none answer he came give me a quote wish was a great deal one in t and he came to unclog my kitchen sink drain and give me a really good price and I was done like in less than half an hour and I want to say thank you for the service after I call and so many people to come to my house and nobody want to come because they say was emergency charges overtime fee I really appreciate your offer and keep it up thank you for you cooperation and great job.

So after being totally abused by this company, ALL SERVICES AC, actually fixed the problem and didn't rob me. My unit was leaking water. This tech came out for 31 minutes, used a hand pump, pumped three times, said the drain line was now clear and charged $225!!!! If the problem persists, you need your coils cleaned, a $350 service. So I called 5 other companies that charge between $125-$145 for clearing the drain line. The problem persisted, ALL SERVICES actually assessed my unit, found drain pan not level, resolved the issue, charged me his service call fee (less than $90). Thanks for making me aware there are still honest people out there. BTW, the one star is mandatory.
