Sam has taken care of any issues I have had with plumbing for the past 3 decades at least. He has always come over very quickly, has very fair prices, a wonderful attitude, and his work is professionally done with perfect results.

Tech came out quick and was great. Unfortunately, I couldn't get anyone to finalize a quote for me. Its been two weeks with many attempts to contact Rene, but I have had no luck getting a response or call back.

The plumbing technicians were meticulous in their work. I'm happy with the service and the functionality of my plumbing system.

I called them on a Sunday afternoon because my well water pump had failed, and I was set to host a family bbq that afternoon. They answered and fixed the problem right away. Very appreciative of their services. They were responsive, helpful, and professional.

I liked so much that they asked what was happening, they took a look and they gave me the options I had. They started working without stop, without going outside to smoke a cigar or call someone as other companies do to win time. Had a sewer line backup in the late evening. Within an hour Wendy was able to have her technician Michael onsite. He was very courteous and professional during the entire visit. He made sure the bathrooms were cleaned up before leaving. He successfully unclogged the sewer line. Great customer service from the initial phone call through the entire visit. Would definitely recommend Falcon Plumbing.
