Good Afternoon. Today I want to bring attention to 2 incredible individuals. Mr Leebert Brown 8432 and Mr Wayne Parris 8448. I had a tough sewer block/drain block. These 2 technicians worked together like Batman and Robin. They tackled the problem and solved it. They where clear in everything they where doing as well as what needed to be done in the future to remedy this situation. They made feel comfortable and where extremely polite throughout the process. Never rushed and no clock watching. Very determined to make sure this situation was taken care of so my Thanksgiving would be a peaceful one. I commend this young men on a job well done. I had someone from Coral Gables Plumbers come and look what it would take to repair my shower handle. They never called me back. I left 2 messages and received no response. After my 3rd call it appeared as if they blocked my number. According the new plumber I hired, the person from Coral Gables Plumbing did more damage than anything else. Very disappointed.
