Came into fix a problem with the toilet, after they left the toilet started flushing on its own, looked it up it is called a phantom flush. Scheduled another appointment, they showed up 2 hours late and charged us $100. However, toilet has been fixed.

I was in desperate need of unclogging a big problem that happened in my bathroom due to issues that have been accumulating over the months . I was extremely happy when they told me they could fix it the same day and at night nonetheless ! I was ecstatic because I needed to resolve this issue ASAP!! I couldn’t miss work another day or stop my life for a huge plumbing issue at hand . Very happy with the work and mainly that the issue was fixed that day ! Would definitely recommend this place to anyone in need of same day service ! So convenient that they are open 24/7! This will definitely be helpful for people in emergencies like mine in the future !! Thank you for the service ! Robert did an amazing job when he came over ! They did an AMAZING job with the install of my faucet. They made the whole process easy and affordable. Definitely going to use them again!

Had a nasty plumbing problem that came up and needed someone same-day to come and fix before my rental guests were checking in. He was the dispatcher, he was great. Took care of everything, and did the 'environmental clean-up' afterwards. The place looked brand new by the time he was done. I am eternally grateful!

Look no further, Acosta plumbing was great, dependable, on time, great follow up and great pricing. All great attributes you just don’t find in Miami anymore. A good old fashioned honorable company a rare find in todays environment or anytime for that matter !!

Said it would be $250 for the first hour for a weekend service call. Normally that would have been high, but, on the weekend I agreed. When presented with the bill for 1 hour's work, it was $295. I asked why the extra amount and the guy said the hourly rate starts from when he arrives and ends when he finishes writing the bill. So, I was charged a full extra half hour because it took him ten minutes to write the invoice and he said he was there for an hour and ten minutes.

I will not be using their services again.

Eddie, the owner, saved me about $5,000 (that I would have paid to Roter Rooter) when he gave me advice over the phone since he couldn't service the area I lived in at the time. When I moved, I used his services again and he has been honest, affordable and to say the least, very knowledgeable! I learned a lot about plumbing. I highly recommend this company!!!
