They were late every time they promised a window to arrive. They did work on a Wednesday and were back on a Saturday to do more work. It has not been a good experience at all with Roto Rooter. i would not recommend. The second plumber that came looked like he knew what he was doing. Just not a company I would recommend. I will go a different direction next time.

I called Daniel from Main Plumbing Services this past weekend due to a clogged toilet in one of my bathrooms. I had friends coming over to watch the super bowl and i couldnt afford having a non working bathroom. Daniel and his father Kiko showed up in less than an hour and fix the issue in no time. I really appreciate his quick service and professionalism. He is my go to plumber from now on.

Their are people who've done a certain profession for quite some time and they don't like their work like they use to. In-turn they become lazy, unreliable and not as good as they once were but not Juan. He's punctual, efficient and takes pride in his work. Had an issue with our gas water heater. A technician gave us a visit early October to investigate the issue, spent a few hours and was able to identify the root cause. Asked us to wait a few days for a quote, but didn't send it until 2 weeks after (October 18). Has been calling the office to schedule a repair appointment since (more than 45 days), and every time they promise a callback that never happens. Decided to use their service based on Google reviews, and never expected the frustration!

WMF Crew showed up when they said they would. The work they did was excellent and the only hassle was on my end - and they tolerated it. Bottom line - my situation was a bit different and they were willing to work with me and their work was everything I hoped for. Great job.
