Danny was amazing, he was very professional and a hard worker. He was very knowledgeable and helpful in letting me know what is the issue with my faucet and what is the best course of action to resolve it. He’s a fast worker and Roto-Rooter needs more workers like Danny. Overall my experience was amazing and would definitely use Roto Rooter again.

After issuing a note to Handymen that I needed a disposal replaced I received a response from an Angi contact from “Peters Plumbing” that they could handle the problem and would contact me via phone, text or email.They didn’t do either, they showed up at the door and indicated they were there to replace my disposal. My 87 year old wife, was there by herself. She contacted me and informed me of the situation. Not very happy we agreed to the repair at $300 including an identical disposal. The plumber left to get the part.Meanwhile I returned about the time the plumber came in with a cheap disposal. I reminded him that I had a more expensive part and he had informed my wife he was getting a replacement part, and he failed in that respect. After discussing this he said he would go back and get a matching unit, which he did.
