I called RotoRooter with a problem toilet at a condo I have rented out. The folks in the office were kind and understanding. Andy the tech was soon on the case, arriving earlier than expected. Andy kindly explained the repair and the costs. He did a fantastic job and left the bathroom immaculate. This is the 2nd time I use Rotorooter, and will continue to use them because they have the best team I always know im getting someone I can trust.

Roniel #5302 rescued us from a broken off pipe connected to an outside faucet that was flooding next to our garage. The response time was very quick, even though it was a Saturday afternoon. And I thought the price was reasonable and there were no hidden costs. It included all parts needed for the job even though Roniel had to go out to two different places to find the right (less commonly used) galvanized pipes and fittings. He fixed the broken pipe and replaced the faucet and patched up the garage nicely with cement. I'm very happy with the work. I would call on Roniel again anytime!

Carlos and Josh were extremely professional by giving thorough and detailed explanations of potential problems and root causes, analyzing my toilet water tank and deciding to replace the parts successfully.

Working with contractors in Miami is usually a pain in the neck - they're often late, unreliable, and sometimes just flat out dishonest. Eddie and Coastal Plumbing of Brickell are the exception - they were punctual (in fact, early), identified the issue quickly (after it was previously misdiagnosed by others) and were honest about the solution. Water started to come up through both of my shower drains at home. I called AAA Pro plumbing and they were very responsive and came the same day to address the issue. Thanks to Edwin and his helper they quickly assessed the problem and were able to fix the immediate issue and educate me on additional work that will need to be addressed in the future. Edwin was very transparent and quoted me a fair price.
