We highly recommend General Plumbing. They are very responsive, professional and timely. The entire team has helped us various times with our home renovation with all of our plumbing needs. They also have much patience and show kindness for those who don't understand plumbing. They are busy and somehow always make us feel like a priority. Only issue was I was scheduled for a 10:30-12:30 window and it ended up being 3-30

Hector (tech 1911) came by promptly to gix a leak late at night. He explained all work before starting and executed to the plan perfextly and quickly. He monitored the fix for some time to ensure it was truly dixed and all leaks eliminated. Would highly recommend.

The plumber kept me informed of his arrival time
He explained what he would do and how much it would cost before he began
He did a good job and cleaned well before leaving

When my water heater broke, it took out my electricity as well, and I had a big mess on my hands. The building initially refused to fix the electric problem, but Steven assured me that they were in the wrong and by law, needed to remedy the situation. He was extremely compassionate of my situation and demonstrated genuine care and humanity when it came to me, even before becoming a customer. Would highly recommend!

I have been using them for probably 4 or 5 years and they are just incredible...They always return my call....quick service to say the least the next day....friendly technicians....and always nice to talk to.
