After having an amazing first experience 3 months ago, today I called them for a clogged shower and after charging me 225 to fix it, 4 hours later the clogging came back and I called them again and the least they’re charging me this time for a second visit was 175 claiming they don’t offer any kind of guaranties on a clogging which I perfectly respect, but now I feel like I paid 225 for nothing and my bathroom is still useless, if you ever have a clogging make sure is 100% fixed so you don’t have to call them again.

Luis C was extremely polite and helpful. He diagnosed the problem quickly and gave me two options for repair. Kind enough to provide a discount for an otherwise costly repair. Greatly appreciated.

After failing to find an available plumber from recommendations I had received, I used several sites through Google and located Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. I was connected almost immediately to Abraham, whose confidence and expertise assured me that I had made a good choice for replacement of my kitchen faucet and garbage disposal. He answered my questions so that I could select the proper equipment and we arranged an appointment for later in the week. On the day of service I was contacted 30 minutes prior to the appointment time and Abraham showed up as scheduled. He was able to explain the entire process and even with a few glitches that come from a 40 year old faucet set up, was able to expertly complete the job in under an hour. I was particularly pleased that he cleaned up the work area and made sure everything the new faucet and disposal worked to my satisfaction.
I am very satisfied with my experience and with the professional and friendly attitude of Abraham. I will be using Benjamin Franklin Plumbing again for other services and I hope others will too.

Update: My 40+ year old plumbing keeps throwing curveballs and my plumber, Abraham, keeps knocking them out of the park!

One of the most professional companies that I have had the pleasure come do service at my house. One of their managers, Carlos Soto came over to the house and was absolutely incredible. I will use this company for as long as he works there. Quality work and very courteous!

Highly recommend Danny and his father. Both are efficient, professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I called on a holiday morning about a slow draining sink. Danny asked good questions to understand the problem, explained the alternatives and then gave his recommendation and a fair cost estimate. We agreed to have the work done the next day, but he was able to come over the same day. Not only did they clear our clogged kitchen drain line, but they helped on another issue. Very happy...will use again.

The service technician Luis came out and installed my new water heater within two hours. He even checked to see if the water was turning hot, I would recommend these folks.

Oscar and his brother are wonderful licensed plumbers. They arrived to my house within the hour with a quote given ahead of time, provided by videos I sent over text message of my issue. I called Bay Plumbing first and they were unable to come see my issue until the next business day (I called at 12:30 PM on a weekday). Oscar and his brother worked hard for several hours and ensured that the issue was solved before they left, doing multiple test runs. I already have another project for them to come and work on in my guest bathroom in the next couple of weeks.
Very friendly, explained everything as they were doing it, diligent workers. I will recommend them to my neighbors on my Nextdoor app.

I used Miami Shores for the first time. The services I needed were simple - disconnect and reconnect washer/dryer and dual sink vanity. It was disastrous. The dispatcher was unable to confirm an arrival window. Both times I waited hours. No one seemed to know fees - one charged flat fee, the other by the hour. The technicians were polite but were compromised by the absolute lack of efficiency and professionalism by the company. I was also left with additional problems. Dryer could not be opened due to improper replacement of folding door enclosing it. Now folding door won't close. Leaking under sink after after disconnection causing damage to interior of wood vanity.

Found them on Thumbtack - fast response. At my house a few hours later on a Sunday. Fixed my issue and came back the next day to finalize repair. Very responsive - would recommend for plumbing.

I had a major problem with my master bathroom, the sewer pipes/toilet line was corroded and leaking. USA Plumbing & Septic Inc. came right away and fixed the problem in one day. They where really nice clean and professional people and I would use them again.
