We had an emergency , the tubing leading to a the faucet broke at 6 pm , Jorge technician #6736 was EXCELLENT! He was fast , on time, the final job was beautiful , very happy highly recommend this company and this especial technician.

(2021)I wanted to update this review a long time ago, but feared this company might be able to somehow take back the money I paid them. Below all of this text is a review that I had to leave in order to get my money back. The owner fought with me on the phone after I had left a review about how they sent someone over from their company who not only broke my bath faucet even more, but also wanted to charge me 1200$ for a service I later found out from another honest plumbing company would only have been a temporary fix to my problem, AND that I was being overcharged for a service that never amounts anywhere near what they stated. After I left a negative review the first time telling the truth about what happened and the events that occured, I was called by the manager or owner, who told me the only way they'd give me back my money was if I updated my review and that review made them look bad. His words, verbatim. I now want people to know the truth about this company and their shady business practices. This was about 2 years ago, but I will never forget how they treated my boyfriend and I. They blackmailed us for our own money. My hopes are that they have since polished their business ethics and have learned to treat their customers better, but I wouldn't be too sure about that. So I leave this edited review as a caution to anyone who might feel something might be off about this company, because odds are your gut feeling might be spot on.

2019(Alex cleared every thing up for my boyfriend and I. Refunded us no problem. Helped us further understand our problem and what we needed to do, so that we could take the necessary steps to get our bath tub fixed. Thanks for your help.)

Amazing service! Found them through Thumbtack on they were very responsive: I posted a request around 7AM, got a call at 8AM and the specialists were at my house by 9:30AM!

Carlos and Josh were extremely professional by giving thorough and detailed explanations of potential problems and root causes, analyzing my toilet water tank and deciding to replace the parts successfully.

They used a tablet to go through each step of the process in their system, clarifying what I was signing for and the amount to be charged, which felt very transparent and professional.

The plumber Ariel was the best plumber i have ever worked with, and was very easy to talk to and very prompt and responsive. I called these guys and they were very responsive. With in a hour they had a plumber at my place ready to go. Moving forward I will definitely be using them on any other service calls.

We had a plumbing issue, a leaking 3/4 gate valve on the main pipe water supply, we called Falcon Plumbing to resolve the issue. Justin the plumber came, quote us to fix the valve, $625, we told him to proceed, it was late at night no time to argue, water was leaking. Also we ask him about the water heater (W/H), Justin advised us to replace W/H and said he can do both for $1200.00, fixing the valve and changing W/H both for $1200. We insisted, both for $1200, he said yes. The next day, we asked him again, the $1200, are you sure is for both jobs, he said again, Yes.
We told him to proceed, he said he will come on Friday.
It was Tuesday night, On Wednesday the office sent us a bill for $649.00 not $625 for the valve replacement, that we paid immediatelly and Justin came on Friday and replaced the W/H. To our surprise, the office sent us a bill for $1188.43, on Friday afternoon, when we called we found out this is the price to replace the W/H. We spoke to Rosie and to Wendy and explained what Justin has told us he will be $550 for the W/H, they said no, this is the price $1188.43.
We definitely think that Falcon Plumbing needs to put their business and their quotation in order, if Justin is not placed to give quote as your plumber he better stop quoting people wrongly and if he did, which in our case he did, Falcon Plumbing needs to accept his quotation. A $550.00 can't suddenly become $1188.43, how much do you charge per hour $400.00, that wasn't an emergency, it was a planned job. This is definitely not right, people need to hear what you are doing to your customers. Rosi Echeverry and Wendy need to honor Justin price and send us a new bill for $550.00.

I called 24 hour rooter for a service that I need at my house I had major problem in my kitchen Sink and in my bathtub. Oscar is very professional and most importantly he work clean I highly recommend hem.
