They were able to come the same day and by the time we walked from the front door to the bathroom they already knew what the issue was and how to fix it. 5 mins and 1 chopstick later, a clog that we tried to clear with drano over and over was gone forever. This is the first time I have plumbing issue at my house. We have a serious underground leak in the back yard causing whole house with very low water pressure and water heater not working on Friday 12.11.20. I called RCR Plumbing Services Sunday morning (12.12.20), he came by same day at night due to other job. He checked and explained us a fixing plan and estimate project cost. We agreed and he started from checking water service to make sure no inside house leak and new valve replacement the next day. Then a major leak is solved by replacing with a new PVC pipe today (Wednesday 12.16.20) as planned. The whole main process took only 4 hours and finished before noon. We have our water back with even stronger pressure, also our electric water heater is back on track. I am really happy with RCR Plumbing Services and will definitely contact this company again for any plumbing issue in the future. I do not get paid to write this review, I am an actual customer with direct experience. Highly recommend with 10++ stars!!

So despite my reservations, my contractor was having issues with his plumber so I hired them to do a rough for a bathroom remodel.. Explained the layout and provided drawings, plus I had all the fixtures. The final product looked nice to the untrained eye like mine, but when I contacted them to have them install the fixtures at separate cost they didn’t bother to show up and now I see why. The wrong drainage pipe was used for the tub plus it was too narrow and too short, the shower valves were too far back and uneven, shower head lines also not symmetrical, and the water lines by the toilet and bidet were not symmetrical either although I’ll admit to have noticed that and brushed it off due to fatigue of dealing with sub par work for months. I see now why I got a few estimates in the 40s for what I felt was worth 20. Quality craftsmanship is hard to find and this is what you get when you try to save money. Gotta love Miami.

They confirmed within 2 minutes of sending photos of the faulty plumbing the required parts needed and cost. Although we had a confirmed appointment of 1 PM, Coastal let us know that they had earlier availability if we were interested. They arrived on time, which is rare for maintenance in my experience. The repair was done by Judson, who was very professional and worked very efficiently. No surprise costs, no price gouging on the parts, great service, and on time - Highly recommend!
