Carlos from Zoom Drain did a great job. He explained what would be done in a calm comprehensive manner. He diligently dud the job. The bathtub drain was quickly unclogged. I gave 4 stars because of the overrated price of over $300 to unclog the drain. Whatever the service whether sink, toilet or bathroom tub is priced the same. No service fee but so overpriced.

Mine came. Out was professional and answered all my ?'s. Cameraed. My sewer line.and physically. Showed me. The bad cast iron he replaced cast iron. W all new pvc haven't had anymore problems I recommend plumbing police to anyone w any plumbing problems

After desperately calling a few other companies, I came across Hernandez Plumbing and couldn't have been happier I did. You see we noticed a leak in our master bathroom and started noticing that it was starting to run down to our 1st floor which worried & stressed us out as you can imagine. After speaking to the rep on the phone, they sent a team out to our house who were able to detect the origin of the leak, remediate the problem, and we ended up getting our pipes replaced which was by far the best decision made. The plumber and the entire crew were both respectful & professional. After doing different projects in our home, never would we have thought of the importance of the pipes - just glad Hernandez Plumbing was able to come to our rescue, literary!
Definitely recommend them if you need any plumbing services!

Our water heater went out just before we were taking a trip and a housesitter was moving in (of course!). I had basically 18 hours to find someone to replace the water heater and install it. Miami 24/7 came to the rescue with prompt professional service and reasonable prices. Very pleased!!!!

I had a leak in the toilet tank during Memorial Day weekend and the owner, Wendy, found out that TOTO discontinued the item and had no replacement parts. We spoke and she ordered a new toilet and tank. Michael was sent for the installation, and he was knowledgeable and efficient. Wendy and her staff are responsive, personable and dedicated to doing a good job. I recommend them and will use them again.

So after being totally abused by this company, ALL SERVICES AC, actually fixed the problem and didn't rob me. My unit was leaking water. This tech came out for 31 minutes, used a hand pump, pumped three times, said the drain line was now clear and charged $225!!!! If the problem persists, you need your coils cleaned, a $350 service. So I called 5 other companies that charge between $125-$145 for clearing the drain line. The problem persisted, ALL SERVICES actually assessed my unit, found drain pan not level, resolved the issue, charged me his service call fee (less than $90). Thanks for making me aware there are still honest people out there. BTW, the one star is mandatory.
