The entire team was extremely responsive (supervisor, to back office, to serviceman), reached out and was readily available to coordinate scheduling, pricing, and explanation of work. Main shutoff was repaired and looks good. Serviceman was a couple hours late ahead of pre-set service appointment scheduled, which was an inconvenience, but was courteous and got the work done.

I am a landlord and have been for close to 20 years so when I saw the reviews and had the need I gave this business an opportunity to secure my business. I had a hot water heater stop working in a rental property in Miami beach. One of their techs got to the address and called me to say the heater was rusted and needed replacing. I was shocked to be told to replace a small 40 gallon tank would be $1800! I told the tech a new tank is no more then $400 from lowes and Home Depot so why was it $1800? After some unreasonable explanation I cancelled the service. I am all for supporting small businesses as I have been a small business owner myself but extorting people in a situation such as I was in is just poor business. I would have been happy to pay a few hundred more to support local business not a chain store but this was high way robbery of a person in a difficult situation . 2 phone calls later. lowes appliances. $789 installed inc permits, 40 gallon heater, install parts and removal and dumping of my old heater. Sorry but you have lost my business to service my home or rental property.

Danny and his father were fantastic! Exceptional quality of work, highly skilled and knowledgeable, excellent communication, and an overall delight to work with. I first hired Danny and his dad to replace a water heater, and brought them back a few days later for what ended up being a challenging request (redoing plumbing to install a washer). They spent the entire day to ensure it was done right and truly went above and beyond. I was so impressed by the quality of their work, and felt they truly cared for me as a client. I *highly* recommend them for any of your plumbing needs.

The owner is genuine and sincere guy that cares for his clients. He reassured me prior to the appt “I’ll take care of this for you”. He’s funny too. I strongly recommend him to anyone.

Too expensive did not use them.

They did not arrive for their morning appointment, said they didn’t have one scheduled although I had received an email and text confirmation. They rescheduled to before 1 pm but arrived at about 1:30 pm. It was an expensive repair for what was required, but it was supposed to be $400 all inclusive. I left my husband supervising because I had an afternoon appointment elsewhere, and came home to find the plumber had added an $18 gratuity to the bill. Worse than this, He left the old plumbing pieces in my sink, and other garbage on the bathroom counter. I’m not happy at all.

Hired them to install a new toilet .Mr.Emir barban was veryyy professional and he took all the precautions for covid 19 which is a plus .i would highly recommend their services for your plumbing needs.

People stay away from this business!!! they hired technicians that have not clue what they are doing, they just cared about the fee they charge just to go to your place.

Just when I thought my garbage disposal broke, Steve, the owner was very helpful in walking me step by step how to reset the garbage disposal button. He saved me a bunch of money. I would definitely recommend this company to anybody looking for a honest skilled plumber. Thanks

Beware! These are not real plumbers. Not licensed. Not insurances. They took our money and never finished the job and then never refunded us. Don’t make the same mistake we made.

*They came to our home, put holes in our walls, ripped out a toilet and created leaks across the valves in our house, and then just left us….without hot water to add to insult. I cannot stress this enough stuff, do not hire these people. I would give them a zero star if that was an option. We will be filing complaints with the Better business bureau, the city and DBPR.
