I was contacted by the owner, Alex, and he informed me that the Plumber that came to my home was let go due to the incident. He assured me that the behavior of that employee will not be tolerated in his company. I must say, I was very impressed with the way he promptly investigated and handled the problem. I feel better knowing that the actions that took place were of the employee and not of the company. I can appreciate a company that does not stand for people being taking advantage of. Alex made me feel like he cared. I can now say that if I had another issue I would call them back again. Thank you Alex for all of your help.

Can someone tell me why they tried to charge me $560.00 to replace a bath and shower faucet? On Friday morning, the faucet in my sons’ bathroom was stripped so we could not get the water to turn off. As a result, we called Pro Plumbing and I explained my problem to the customer service provider for the company that answered my call. She told me that someone would arrive in less than an hour, and soon, two workers arrived in order to situate the issue. The workers went to the back of the house, turned off the water to the house, and then told us that they had to go to home depot to purchase a part. I got a call from one of the workers saying that he saw a bath-and-shower faucet set for $53.00, asking if I wanted him to purchase it, a question to which I replied in agreement. When they returned, however, one person just started walking around while the other went into the bathroom. He was in there for about 30 minutes before he came out and told me that he needed to go back to Home Depot because the part was defective. He came back about 40 minutes later, went back in the bathroom, and shut the door. About 10 minutes later, I walked into the bathroom and saw that he was doing nothing. Then he told me that it looked like someone had to be messing with the water heater which confused me. I told him that was not possible due to the fact that I have a tankless water heater which I can’t reach unless I stand on the dryer and tip-toe. Then he started saying that it was complicated. I had to wake my boyfriend up at this point and tell him what was going on. He went to the bathroom which was in the same condition as it was when the workers had arrived. As he was standing there, that guy repaired, replaced and cleaned up in less than 20 minutes before going to his truck and issuing us a bill for $560.00, a price which fluctuated heavily, as after speaking to someone at the office, he came down to $340.00. The service provided to me by this company proved to be exceedingly poor and inefficient, thus, prompting the need for me to compose and submit this complaint.

Our house now is beautiful.They are reliable and finished the job in a timely manner. I referred them to some of my friends and i will definitely use them for my future home improvement projects.

This is the first time I have plumbing issue at my house. We have a serious underground leak in the back yard causing whole house with very low water pressure and water heater not working on Friday 12.11.20. I called RCR Plumbing Services Sunday morning (12.12.20), he came by same day at night due to other job. He checked and explained us a fixing plan and estimate project cost. We agreed and he started from checking water service to make sure no inside house leak and new valve replacement the next day. Then a major leak is solved by replacing with a new PVC pipe today (Wednesday 12.16.20) as planned. The whole main process took only 4 hours and finished before noon. We have our water back with even stronger pressure, also our electric water heater is back on track. I am really happy with RCR Plumbing Services and will definitely contact this company again for any plumbing issue in the future. I do not get paid to write this review, I am an actual customer with direct experience. Highly recommend with 10++ stars!!

Our plumber was Juan and my family and I were very grateful after reading all of his prior GOOD reviews. He responded promptly in the morning (8am) when we called and asked for a quote for our toilet that leaked from the night before. Then we also added that we had another toilet that had a leak as well but we had prolonged fixing it due to the pandemic and prior lockdown requirements. He said he'd arrive in the afternoon and we voiced our concerns about him having PPE and he reassured us that he would have them. He arrived in the afternoon (3:45pm) and actually notified us when he was on the way (as we had asked so that we'd know when to expect him). Juan was nice and good-natured when he arrived and introduced himself. He also wore his mask and SHOE COVERS! We were happy so our upstairs carpets would not get dirty throughout the repairs. He got right to work one the first toilet and then the second. He was quiet, polite, and efficient. Juan finished in about 1 HOUR and some change (record time in my opinion ). We were able to ask questions and he was patient and then we tested both toilets (multiple times to ensure the leaks were taken care of) and then he was DONE! We got the invoice and paid by check and then also double checked that if there were any future issues if the jobs had a warranty. He said and that if there was a problem to call him back. My family and I haven't been this satisfied with a plumber and customer service in over a decade! We're happy and appreciative that during these uncertain times there are still individuals and businesses that are willing to work with their customers. 5 STARS! We recommend Juan and Mohr Corp. Plumbing.

The owner Steve is a very professional! I called and explained my issue and he gave me 3 different DIY solutions. I called back several times and he answered right away while giving me great advice! I managed to fix my own drain and he was very happy to help! I totally recommend this business and I now have them on speed dial! Thank you so much!!

Beware! These are not real plumbers. Not licensed. Not insurances. They took our money and never finished the job and then never refunded us. Don’t make the same mistake we made.

*They came to our home, put holes in our walls, ripped out a toilet and created leaks across the valves in our house, and then just left us….without hot water to add to insult. I cannot stress this enough stuff, do not hire these people. I would give them a zero star if that was an option. We will be filing complaints with the Better business bureau, the city and DBPR.
